I called the Ulta store located in Matthews NC on 05/28/2023 at 1356 hours. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes which I think is ridiculous. I hung up and called back. I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for another 8 minutes. I finally decided to call the salon area and finally someone answered. I asked to speak to the manager where yet again I was placed on hold. I finally had someone come back on the phone who was not a manager and he told me to call back to the front area because that was the salon and he couldn’t help me. I told him I just want to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. Wow super professional! I know the ladies name that kept putting me on hold was Julia. I know one thing I will never go to this Ulta store again. I will drive out of my way to go to another one. I’m not sure what happened to customer service but this store doesn’t have it. In fact I don’t know if I will ever shop here again.
