Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Michael L. Walters, mortgage banking officer

Mr. Walters operates his business, IPM, LLC out of his Truist office in Staunton VA. He uses materials from his Truist office to conduct his business including the signing of lease documents. As my landlord, he has discriminated against me due to my disability. I currently have discrimination case ongoing with the State of Virginia. Last Sunday, he was at the apartments where I live and I asked him for some documents about the lease which he is required to provide by Virginia law. Instead of providing the documents he assaulted me. His actions were injurious against a disabled veteran over the age of 60.
