Tickets not refunded
I booked and paid for round-trip tickets to Italy through your scam company. Unfortunately, Aer Lingo canceled the leg from LAX to Dublin making the trip impossible. I, therefore, had to make other arrangements and am still waiting on my nearly $2000 in a refund. My booking number is [protected]. And, my email is [protected]@gmail.com.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and will seek legal counsel if not resolved. Ridiculous how corrupt your company is.

Travel Ticket
Hi,
I have booked 2 tickets from Dubai to Azerbaijan for 6th till 11th of July’22 through Travelgenio.
I have received the confirmation and got 1 E-ticket as well, but until now have not received my E-ticked and when I went to see that on their website with my booking confirmation number, it shows “cancelled” on their website.
I have sent so many emails and until now have not received any response.
Desired outcome: It would be great if I received my other ticket as well as booked.

Change of Flight Date
I emailed on May 15, 2022 requesting to change the date on my return flight. It is now June 25th and I received no word beyond the auto response saying it would be dealt with in the "coming days". I had to search Google for a phone number to call, and was told that there is no way to know when my request will be addressed since they are dealt with based on departure date.
I understand that my departure and return dates are several months away, but I need to plan my activities and ensure I can give ample notice to my employer. It is unfair to make customers wait long periods of time to make urgent changes.
Desired outcome: Have my return flight date re-booked immediately.

Tickets I booked charged me 1200 more than it showed on the receipt
I booked 2 tickets and the amount shown on it was 3145.16 but when I saw my bank it deducted 4436.52. so now I have called my bank to cancel this transaction because it wasn't shown anywhere the extra charges.

Flight return
I requested a full refund from Travelgenio for a flight Dublin to Chicago with return in May 2020. Flight was cancelled by American Airlines and American Airlines proccesed a full refund to Travelgenio on 5th of May 2020.
Until now I did not received refund from Travelgenio. Travelgenio refund status is still as pending. I am requesting a full refund of 555.70 EUR frin Travelgenio.

Yesterday 7/20 my daughter Claudia Bujanda who has a ticket purchased by my self (mother) to travel on October 1st Barcelona to the US, received an email showing that the flight was cancelled.
I call travelgenio and talked to Mr. Sam and I provided all the information he asked me. He offered me 2 choices, a new ticket (more expensive by the way) or the complete refund.
I didnt accept the new ticket and I asked him for the refund. He accepted and told me he will do the whole process for the refund.
I want to know when I am going to have an idea about the process.

Involuntary change in flight schedule by airlines

I booked 4 return tickets from Auckland to Istanbul through Travelgenio.
Our return flight from Hong Kong to Auckland was modified by the airline on June 10th. Now, our return flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong cannot catch the second flight of Hong Kong to Auckland as a result of this change. I have contacted customer service through both email and phone regarding this issue several times and I could not get any help. Today is June 22nd and my flight date is approaching fast and there is no resolution to my problem. The customer service fails to provide any help but telling me to wait that they will contact me. It has been 12 days no one is contacting me and I am not even sure if we can leave with this uncertainty on our return flight.
Desired outcome: Customer service to provide us an alternative flight option to resolve this involuntary disruption in our flight schedule.

I can't reach anyone
I booked a ticket going from Stuttgart to Dakar and I would like to cancel it but I can't reach anyone. I was stuck in the cue on the telephone for 1h15 when I finally gave up. I have written a few emails. If you're reading this, don't use travelgenio. When I try to use the button on the site that says "cancel flight" it redirects to an error page.

tried to contact customer service for travelgenio, after the first email I got an answer that it may take up to a few days until my request will be worked on. I tried to send a second mail, to which I received an automated answer saying that the email account is no longer working? Did I just give 700€ to scammers?

Hello, I tried to call your number with no success, seems that it is disconnected. I booked for my flight for the 2nd of February 2022, and had to cancel it. I requested you to cancel before my departure date, and so happened. I applied for refund and till today I have not receive anything. The message on your website read's:
"Waiting for airline approval
We're processing your refund. Once authorised by the airline (this process usually takes between 12 and 14 weeks) and the amount to be refunded has been confirmed, the refund will be made to the payment method used when making the purchase. Can you kindly check and update please. Thank you.

Name correction
I have requested a name correction for my 6 year old kid (Just one alphabet to be removed) 72 hours before the departure, but they simply did not help.

They replied me 46 hours before departure saying that according to their policies they can only change the dates 48 hours prior departure and asked me to contact airways directly ti make the change. When I asked to send me their policies they simply disconnected the call.
I recorded the phone conversation and will take it further to extreme.
When I call the airlines they simply said that the travel agency is lying and fooling around and the change can be made even when it is 2 hours before the departure. I wonder why this travelgenio is simply not doing their job!

Failure to refund

Made a booking through travelgenio, 5 pax. Upon our arrival at Luxor airport 14/10/2021we have been told flight cancelled. Nobody bothered to inform us. Was a connecting flight to Cairo since returning to our home country the same day. Had to go on standby book at last minute expensive flights with different carrier to Cairo. We were not offered any alternatives..
Immediately informed travelgenio. Numerous emails ensued...At some stage during December told us refund in process- also not true. Ducking and diving and last email informed us that Nile Air did not authorize the full refund because we were given an alternative- blatant lie! And that the airline has refused the refund because the offered flight was not cancelled on time...another lie since we did not cancel, airline did! (enq ticket 4536899;105421 ) Nile Air confirmed problem with Travelgenio- they should process the refund
In view of all the other complaints seems this is their modus operandi.. Keep away..

I have not received a refund for my ticket Travelgenio canceled
To this date, I have not received a refund for the canceled ticket issued by travelgenio in regard to my purchase in April 2022. It is imperative that this refund be processed.

No e ticket issued
I purchased 3 tickets from travelgenio for 26 th of June today. But I have not received any e ticket. But my payment is deducted from my account. I have received the ticket confirmation with booking ref no [protected]. When I contacted the airlines as per them they have not received any payment from the agency( travelgenio) and they will not issue the e-ticket unless and until the payment is done.
