In January 2020 we booked 2 return tickets Paris - Fort de France on Travelgenio booking platform for a trip from 09/06/20 to 01/07/20, with the airline Air Caraibes (see flight details attachment). With the international COVID situation we were not able to leave our country of origin, Australia, and reached out to Travelgenio to start the refund process.

In September 2020, they finally informed us that refund was not possible, and gave us some vouchers codes for EUR 680, with no expiry dates or conditions of use. They only added that we will have to deal with Air Caraibes, not Travelgenio (see voucher codes and instruction attachment).

Two years later, in July 2022, as we finally could fly internationally, we tried to use the vouchers on Air Caraibes website. When entering the vouchers codes provided it says it is invalid, for both of them (see air caraibes code 115 and 116 attachments). When trying to lodge a refund claim to Air Caraibes it requires a booking number with them, which we don't have as we booked with Travelgenio. We even tried to use on Travelgenio website, with no success (see travelgenio codes 115 and 116 attachments).

We are seeking a refund as we paid for a service that was not provided to us, and it was not our fault. When trying to use the vouchers as instructed it didn't work, and we had no way of contact either Travelgenio or Air Caraibes.

i booked online ticket from TRAVELGENIO.COM on 15 AUGUST 2022 from DOHA to MUMBAI and return. payment already done on the same time of booking.

i got booking number = [protected] by which i checked airline and found ticket is not confirmed.

i complain to customer service but no one taking care of it.

Booked round trip via online using Travelgenio. 12 hrs. Received e-mail later on-board flight changed (2nd Leg flight leaving before I land), Per agent there willing to fully refund for on-board ticket but not for the return ticket, Because return tike under different booking number. As per airline its all-in-one booking number & Travelgenio agent don't agree... Then I ask her to cancel (with in 48 hr. Cancelation period) my booking before airline conform my reservation.

Here is fun part... now I have to pay almost 30% of fees to cancel my return flight.

Here is mess began & it's now unforgettable painful experience & I want YOU to aware Travelgenio.com make your life miserable & I guarantee there are willing to do so.

I booked my ticket, they charged me right away, but did not receive e-ticket on time. Started calling, there was long waiting time and then was disconnected, emailed but nobody replied. By trying multiple times different individuals were talking to me, again waiting and again disconnecting... I suspect, that they were taking time specifically to pass the time (24/72 of processing time). Customer Service does not exist in this company, very rude. It's worst experience I have ever had. This is unacceptable!

This company has to be CLOSED!

Flight Wes cancelled by Turkish airlines on August 8th,and no notification received and no refund was done !

나는 5월15일 트레블제니오를 통해 인천-다낭 가는 왕복비행기 티켓을 구매하였다.

하지만 7월29일 인천에서 다낭을 가려고 티켓팅을 할려고 하였지만 예약자 정보가없다며, 비행기 탑승을 못하였다.

이와관련하여 나는 트레블제니오에 문의하였지만 예약코드는 다넘겼다고 비엣젯에 문의하라고 하였다.

하지만, 트레블제니오에서준 예약코드는 유령티켓이었다는걸 나는 알수있었다.

나의 여행일정도 망쳤지만 비행기 티켓값도 환불받지 못하고있다.

또한 국제소송을 준비하여 소송비용까지 부담하게 할것이다

airline., The flight got canceled, and I heard nothing from Travel Genio. I contacted them( they didn't answer the phone call and the extremely slow e-mail reply), I explained the situation, and they promised me that I do not need to take

further action. ( I screenshot the e-mail.) I trusted them. After two months of waiting, I contact them, still the same. Then I contacted Eva airlane, they told me that Travel Genio never reaches out to them about my refund( The e-mail that is in Chinese ). I spend more than $1700 on the flight ticket, do they think they can

just walk away with my money? I have been waiting for more than three months now. It's very frustrating to get the money I was supposed to get for such a long time. By the way.

I also purchased the flight insurance.

I booked a flight using Travelgenio. Got the tickets but not an invoice.

I wrote to the costumer service of the company and they ask me for a VAT number. Sent them, and they went silent. Wrote to them two follow up email + opened a new complaint, but they stopped replying and I never got an invoice.

Can’t get the refund from my company for the flight since I don’t have an invoice and it’s been almost three months since I bought it.

on the travelgenio website is it written that no changes can be made. there is no contact information no phone number, no email.

I reserved a round trip flight on travelgenio from tunis to djerba on sept 25 to oct 3.

however this was an accident i will not arrive in tunis until sept 26 at 1am. I need to change the first part of the trip.

I just want to speak with someone to change the flight to the next morning, im happy to pay the difference in price but i need to communicate with a travel agent.

this lack of contact information is very frustrating. It seems that this business does not prioritize customer service.

We booked a flight for the 19th Augustand tried to change the return date on the 31st July so that they change the date from 19th of August on the 4th August. We contacted the travel agency on their site, requested the change, we were given an ID number that our request was registered but ever since no one has contacted us. When we enter the site there is a message that we should wait for the request to be processed. No email, no message on the Phone, we are practically blocked in a foreign country with no possibility to come sooner.

I booked a flight with TravelGenio fro Tucson AZ in the USA to Stockholm, Sweden or July 31st, 2022. It had a layover and transfer in London. The connection flight was cancelled and this would have caused me to miss other transportation arrangements in Sweden I had with friends I intended to travel with.

The new flights proposed by TravelGenio do not work for me.

I cannot find any customer service number or email address or even a website to submit a request for full refund to TravelGenio!

I am extremely frustrated and will never use that company to book every again and hope nobody does.

Any help filing a claim for a refund would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I booked a flight on Friday 29.7 (flight: Tel Aviv - Stockholm 8-18.9 norwegian airlines) with travelgenio. But sadly I linked the wrong Email address.

I tried to change it to my real Email address, but I couldn't contact with Travelgenio (the only reachable way is contact by the website on 'my trips', but i couldn't apply because it needed a Email confirmation and it has a wrong Email address of mine).

I have unfortunately been infected by Covid-19 this Sunday (July 24th). I have already submitted a request for a refund with my test result on the same day.

- I selected the "Enhanced Refundable Terms" with my booking. My unforeseen circumstances falls under the Terms and Conditions, where I am entitled a full refund.

my case is since April 6th.

I had planned to make a trip to Ibiza from Athens (going via Barcelona and return via Madrid) for myself, Ioannis Fertakis and my daughter Ntagia-Eleni Fertaki. The details of the trip below.

However the trip from Ibiza to Madrid on May 1st was re-scheduled by Iberia Express (attached email) and it conflicted with the trip from Madrid to Athens on that day (May 1st).

So, I had to cancel the trip.

After ping-pong between Iberia and Travelgenio, Iberia announced to me that they cannot fulfil my travel refund request and they were sorry for letting me wait so long and that I have to go back to the travel office that issued the tickets (i.e. you) who should refund my ticket.

They informed me once more that this is IBERIA Policy (since I didn’t purchase the ticket from their web site) and that I should insist with you, the travel office, to finally get my money back.

I filed a request to Tripmonster customer service on 17/6 and I have not received any reply as yet (case #5262306)

So, I please ask you for a termination of my 4 months ‘adventure’ and finally get my money back.
