an air travel ticket refund
I had a flight booked with Travelgenio reference KA8H22 and ticket number 071-[protected]. The flight was cancelled and a refund was in order. Later on I was told they couldn't do a refund for me and I had to contact the airline directly. I contacted the airline directly and they advised they'll give me an open air ticket to use anytime within one year.
When I finally wanted to redeem my ticket with the airline they mentioned they did not have a flight to my destination and therefore I would have to contact my agent to request a refund for me.
So this has been on going for a over 17 months now.
My open air ticket expires at the end of this month of which I will lose all my money. It is over $1, 700 AUD. I really would like assistance from you to please get me a refund prior to my ticket expiry. Im desperate. Please assist me as I do not have money to return back home and this is my last resort.

Air ticket
I have tried to pay for an air ticket from OR Thambo Airport to Harare, Zimbabwe, for a flight travelling on the 29th of December 2021. The system said payment failed but the same amount of money has been deducted from my account.

Refund for the flight cancellation
We had our flights booked with Condor from Frankfurt to Mauritius on December 29th 2021. We are British citizens living in the UK and since December 20th are no longer allowed to enter Germany because of Covid restrictions. We therefore had to cancel these flights. When I spoke to Condor directly they confirmed that their flights to Mauritius were fully refundable and they need the Travel Agent (Travelgenio) to contact them in order to process this. I called Travelgenio 6 times and every time they said that the tickets were not refundable in their system and for cancellation I should contact the airline directly. Travelgenio refused to call Condor and simply hung up the phone after a few minutes of conversation. As a minimum, even if the ticket were non-refundable, we should be entitled to get the taxes (APD) back but Travelgenio refused to help with that either.

On the 15th of November 2021 I booked a ticket through you for a flight from Hoedspruit South Africa to Johannesburg South Africa. Rebooked Flight. No support
Connecting with some customer representative is a challenge from the start. My itinerary is from Chennai to Toronto with a transit via London. British Airways has cancelled and rebooked the connecting flight from London to Toronto but this flight departs even before I reach London. Looks like they purposely booked such an impossible flight. I am trying to reach travelgenio for several days spending several hours on phone and sending several email. But no luck. British Airways does not want to do anything and even for accessibility needs they are asking me to contact the travel agency. Such a pathetic situation

My my booking reference number is [protected]. Our flight (Me and my family) from Sydney to Delhi (Via Bangkok) was booked for for the 8th of April 2022 with Thai Airways.
The airline has changed the flight for my Sydney to Bangkok departure from 8th to 9th of April. But our connecting flight from Bangkok to Delhi is still on 8th of April.
This has now made it impossible to travel. I have initiated refund as we had a bought a full refund insurance with the the ticket, on November 30th but no progress since then.

I had booked a ticket for my daughter on 15th Feb 2020, from MUMBAI to KUWAIT (Air India: AI-898) for the date 10th April 2020.

Due to the Pandemic, all flights were cancelled 7th March 2022 onwards, for Kuwait. I had been following up with Air India Customer Care, and was told now that the refunds have already been made to the respective agents for the cancelled flights on the 6th of October 2021.
2 months have passed since and I have checked the status of refunds/trips from the Travel genio website (from my account), but it does not show this flight. There is no way to contact them for any inquiries.

Vistara Airline
I travelled on indore to Delhi flight UK 914.
I was carrying a blazer which could not be held in hand because I was seated in emergency row.
The cabin crew placed the blazer somewhere in the aircraft.
Upon landing, I was not returned the blazer and I did not collect it.
The reservation desk staff (morning shift) was extremely unhelpful.
Ms. Geetanjali Verma who came in after an hour, confirmed the blazer has not been deplaned and security staff does not have it.
This means vistara airlines carries unidentified articles on flights forward.
Ms. Geetanjali asked me to call reservation desk at 5pm and ask for an update. I called 15 times and no one responded.
Customer relations at vistara are unable to help as they cannot contact airport authorities.
There is no specific mechanism for grievance redressal.
I require an immediate update on the missing item and require the blazer back.

These flights were cancelled due to covid and depute numerous emails no refund has been given lt appears as if travelgenio is a scam company. We have contacted SOuth African airways directly but have been advised by SAA that as the ticket was booked through travelgenio they need to be contacted. This seems to be impossible to to.

Online for 3 hours waiting for customer service to answer the phone.
I have to add middle names to the reservation and customer service does not anser. I have been online three times, for over three hours total waiting for them to answer the phone and they will not answer. I am unable to change my name via their website. I fly tomorrow and the airlines says I must add my middle name via the online agency I booked with.
This sucks and their customer service sucks!

Ticket cancelled without notice and no answer after 53 calls
I would like to file a complaint against travelgenio.
On July 6th 2021 I bought 5 tickets for me and my family in 2 sets: me and my 2 children and another one for my wife and the baby. Thre reason why is because we may had to change the flight for the baby and my wife since the travel document to come back for the baby were not delivered yet.
After flying to Dakar, everything went smooth no complaint. I was able to flight back with my 2 oldest kids to Canada without any problem.
Things started to get hectic when I decided to change the flight for my wife from december 01 2021 to december 29 2021. I started by trying online and there were an error message when trying to change the flight: Error with the servers. I decided to try a few hours after and same issues, next day same issue. So I decided to call them directly and deal with it.
Everytime I was talking to an agent, they would put me on hold and disconnect me. it happened 14 times and I thought maybe it was my phone. I tried with another phone and with my laptop same issue. Finally I was able to talk to an agent and she proceeded to the flight change but said my credit card was declined and to call my bank. I called my bank and they said that the transactions went through and I got charged twice.
I tried to call travelgenio again to explain the problem and got hung up 5 times. at the 6th call I talk to a guy and told him I was recording the call and will engage law suit if I got hang up again. The call wen well and I got my money back however iw asnt able to change the flight with him.
I called Lufthansa who was in charge of the flight I paid and they were able to change the booking for me without any problem.
However, next day I went online to check the flight and it wasn't there, I called Lufthansa and they said the flight was cancelled by travelgenio.
I called exactly 23 times and agent keep hanging up on me. that is when I decided to record the calls and I recorded 3 of them so far from agent hanging up on me.
Finally I talk to a lady and she opened a case for me via email but they never got back to me its been a week now and my wife and my son can't come back since they don't ahve any flight.
Today December 12 I called travelgenio 7 times and got hang up 7 times again (I recorded 1 call), I would like your help please to either get my money bac for the return flight or get the flight back for the 29 december 2021.
I ahve all the proof and some calls recorded as well

Booked a changeable ticket, flying December 16Th to Dublin via London from Vancouver. I have been told the airlines will not allow this change. I paid extra so I had the option to do a date change, when I contacted customer service on several occasions I keep getting told the airlines will not allow a change. We are changing due the new variant and Ireland's high COVID rate.

I am trying to call travelgenio for change in flight dates from 8-10 days. After waiting for 25 odd mins representative pick up the call and then hangup after listening to the request. Which is very frustrating. I also applied for date change request on website portal but no feedback. My travel dates are very near, I need to change the date asap.

Missing a flight from my My Trips
Request number in Travelgenio system - 4612798. On 29.09.2021 I have bought return flight Zurich - St.Petersburg that will take place on 02.01.2022. The both flights have a layover. In my confirmation email with the itinerary all the flights were listed correctly. Now when i look in My Trips i see that one of the connecting flights (St.Petersburg - Stockholm SK 733 - SAS) for my flight back to Zurich is missing. Has the flight been canceled? Have I been rebooked? I have received absolutely no notifications. From one day to another the flight has just disappeared from the itinerary! And like everybody else I can not contact Travelgenio. Nobody is answering any phone number and the email i received just says to wait. I wish my case being resolved immediately please because of the soon traveling date!

My ticket #[protected] was cancelled and a voucher was issued for EUR519.85 not at my request but I was told that even though I had insurance it would not be refunded by the airline until 18 month. It's 18 months and I would like my money back. I have tried two phone numbers and I have not been able to reach anyone. The voucher was issued on 9 June 2020

Refund request
I booked a refundable flight, due to an injury in accident I had to cancel my flight. I have uploaded my booking confirmation email, medical certificate and documents request on the link. My refund application reference number is B5CE6390 and booking confirmation number is [protected].
I received an email to again send them the same documents which I uploaded earlier on portal which was weird as i have already done that but still I emailed the documents.
