FareObuddy

I called a spirit airlines number Friday Sept 8th regarding a canceled flight. Venara answered claiming to be from spirit and would help. She found me a flight with another airline and said it would cost around $400 but I would be refunded for the canceled flight. I was charged $150 for the airline and another $350 for travelunravel. The fees didn't make sense and the airline told me the tickets for the flight were $150 not what she claimed they were. I've tried calling to dispute this and fareobuddy hangs up or transfers me then hangs up. They told me I need to speak with vanera who originally made the purchase and that she would call but never calls and she emailed me saying I need to speak to a supervisor. They will not help. My next step is to dispute it with me bank once it clears. They are a scam
