my old tracfone died on me and so i bought a new tracfone through the mail at "target" . they did not scan the phone before it was sent to me so i went to "target" to see if they could help . in short i bought a new tracfone and the representative from "target" gave "tracfone" customer support the s/n and the sim number . for an hour and a half i waited for them to activate my phone at "target" and finally i left "target" without my phone activated . i could not get into my account to change my e-mail address as they kept sending "verify" e-mails to my old obsolete e-mail .i have been with "tracfone" for several years , but now I'm thinking about switching service as they can't seem to know how to activate a new phone while keeping the same number . i have bought several tracfones in the past due to an upgraded phone needed or to dying phones . i don't know what has changed over the years ! for those at "tracfone" my e-mail is : [protected]@gmail.com .
Recommendation: change service if you can't get positive results !!!
