Terrible experience with SpareFoot - unprofessional customer service and accusations of no reservation
So, I tried using SpareFoot to reserve a storage unit and it was a total disaster. The guy I talked to, LEO, was not very professional at all. He had a bit of an attitude and was not very helpful. He even accused me of not making a reservation when I clearly did. It was frustrating to deal with him and I would not recommend using their services. SpareFoot seems like a big scam to me.
