Worst customer service ever. Drove through for breakfast. Ask for type of muffins and croissants they have, an Indian woman spoke with a lightning speed with a thick accent, and I asked her if she had carrot muffin and she said she repeated the menu 4 times (seriously she said 1 time_) but it doesn't matter, you repeat as many times as the client request if she doesn't understand you. I am an immigrant myself and I get it, we all have accent, but you are in customer services business, do not give me an attitude. Drove up to pay and i said I am not happy with the woman that took my order and other staff just stared at me without even an apology like I am trying to make noise... I guess they don't care. Tims used to be a friendly place, and proud to support Canadian chain but I guess I should move my business somewhere else. Get the translator whenever you go to Tims people. The Youtube memes are correct!
Excuse me? She said it 4 times..? That is what she said, i heard it 1 time . I couldn't understand her. Please , if you have a thick accent, please slow down when you talk. You know your menu but i dont. I have to pay attention like a student in class and the teacher can scold me eventhough i am paying for the customer service i should have, and this is the response a manager from a food chain reply to their customers?
I am speechless! Thanks tor letting me know that the whole store (managers and employees ) is uneducated, lack of customer service and [censored] hole that i will never come back again. Good luck with your life!
Too bad. Even you are annoyed with me, you still have to “serve” me correctly as you should be, as you should know your client pay “your salary”, you clearly doesnt khow how to treat customers right. Argue with them on social media when you first shoudl apologise and understand 2 sides of the story and find a solution. I pity you. You must hate your job and you life!

It seems like you are the only one that cannot understand her and you are holding up the rest of the line. Also, it was that woman who wronged you, not the rest of the staff, why should they apologize for her behavior? Most people do not need a translator when they go to Tims. They understand simple English.
