I sent a really nice and expensive Blu-Ray/DVD set to SwapaDVD (swapadvd.com) and they said it got lost in the mail. I was really upset because I spent a lot of money on it and I wanted to get some credits for it. I even sent them a receipt to show that I sent it, but they still wouldn't give me any credits. I think they are a rip off and I don't trust them anymore. It's really frustrating because now I don't have my Blu-Ray and I didn't get anything for it. I wish they would have been more helpful and given me some credits like they promised.

I ain't happy with SwapaDVD. I ordered some sets and they never arrived. And then, to make matters worse, SwapaDVD froze my account and took my money and credits. They said they had the right to do so, and it was in the fine print that I agreed to. But what about my rights as a customer? I got nothing in return for my hard-earned money and credits.

And if that wasn't bad enough, half of the DVDs I did receive were damaged. They still worked, but they were damaged nonetheless. So not only did I lose out on my credits and money, but I also got a bunch of damaged DVDs.

I'm out 24 credits and over 100 bucks in shipping costs. That's a lot of money to lose for nothing in return. SwapaDVD is a bad site, and they don't care about their customers. They're a total rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently used SwapaDVD to swap some of my old DVDs for new ones. I sent out a package that included a bible audio with 8 audio DVDs, but I only received 2 credits in return. I was a bit confused and decided to email the founder of the site to ask a simple question about why I only received 2 credits for sending out 80 DVDs. However, the next time I tried to log in, I was unable to access my account due to some technical issues.

I was disappointed with this experience, especially since most of the DVDs and books I mailed out were new and I sent them out the same or next day. I hope that SwapaDVD can improve their system and provide better customer service in the future. Despite this setback, I still think that SwapaDVD is a good platform for swapping DVDs and books with other users. It's a great way to save money and get rid of old items that you no longer need.

Overall, I would recommend SwapaDVD to anyone who is looking for a simple and easy way to swap DVDs and books online. However, be aware that there may be some technical issues and customer service may not always be the best. But if you're willing to take a chance and try it out, you might just find some great new items to add to your collection.
