Tim Hortons new large coffee cup lids

These new lids are awful! They leak from under the lid where it snaps onto the cup constantly! I've never had a coffee that didn't leak! They also pop off extremely easily causing spills! Change isn't always good! Please go back to using the old lids! If you push the tab inside the coffee cup on the old lids then coffee won't spill out of the opening while driving or moving!

Every time I go to 1750 Plessis Tim Hortons there is always 3 slits and the bottom of the cup and then it leaks all over, I've started checking every time I get one and there is ALWAYS a hole in it. I tell the worker and they either re make it or put a double cup on it but they never seem to do anything about it. I've been to other Tims in my area and they don't have this problem.

Tim Hortons breakfast order

My friend and I placed an order in the drive through. My friend ordered a BLT with both sausage and bacon. The person taking the order asked to clarify and we confirmed. Then, she asked if we wanted anything to drink, and we ordered a small ice cap. Then, she asked if we would like a hash brown, and we said yes. When we got to the window to pick up the order, we got the BLT and the drink, but no hash brown. So we asked about them. The guy working the window was confused and said he would inquire. Then, the woman who took the order came to the window and said she never offered us hash browns. We said yes, and she asked why we were saying she is lying. She was very defensive, and wouldn't just give us the hash brown. We left. I don't care about the hash brown, but she was aggressive, defensive and rude, basically saying we called her a liar, when is essence she was basically saying we were lying by saying we had ordered it.

Tim Hortons scalding tea water

Tea water burnt, blistered, scabbed my lip.
Ordered an Earl Grey tea. Went out to the car, popped the tab, took a sip and was instantly burnt. Picture is 4 days later. Do have day one picture of actual blister. I'm still in severe pain and am not amused. The tea was double cupped and with a dome lid the way I always order it. All stores are not as hot as this and need to be unified along the chains.

Tim Hortons service/ coffee

Really frustrated with drive through staff rushing me through the drive through without as much as a smile or hello. Not to mention my coffee this morning didnt even have the lid on properly, so when I picked it up to drink it, it spilled all over my phone and lap, not only burning me, but also damaging my phone. I understand things happen, but this isn't the first time this has happened. When your employees are making what they are for a wage, and the cost of coffee keeps going up, the least they can do is make sure they are accurate, that safety standards are in place and they are providing a customer service experience that's friendly. Very unimpressed with this location and everything about it, especially after being burnt and having my phone damaged today.

Tim Hortons prices

I really enjoy the farmers beyond wrap, though I do not eat cheese, so I add lettuce and tomatoes instead. It costs . 50 cents to add cheese to something so I don't understand why I can't substitute one of those added toppings which also is the same price. I'm getting charged and extra $1.00 and then on top of that you're keeping the money I paid for the cheese I'm not getting. This is robbery. This is something I enjoy buying regularly and I'm losing . 50 cents every time and that over time adds up. I'm not happy, and apparently this issue is out of managers hands it's a world wide issue. I hope this is fixed because you will be losing me as a customer and I will be sharing my story.

Tim Hortons rude and arrogant staff

Take out

We went in the store at around 6 in the morning and order 3 sandwiches, 2 wraps and 3 drinks. Upon receiving the orders, it was a total mess due to the following reasons.

> the SMALL LADY FRONT STAFF looks UNPROFESSIONAL, while serving the costumer she's chewing a gum continuously and keep on dictating and manipulating the tall black lady that leads to the confusion in the order preparation.

> MIXED BERRY Smoothies doesn't have any taste of berries at all! I requested the same staff (small lady) that I mentioned to add more of the flavored mix but she insisted and kept making excuses. (COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT)

At first I thought I got someone else's order because instead of what is written in tge receipt they serve sausage and egg in a cinnamon bagel, plain bagel with breakfast sausage and a plant-based sausage in a bagel. Only one out of 3 is correct and 2 hash browns were missing.(GOOD THING WE CHECKED OUR ODER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE)

>obviously we want to have what we ordered and approach the front staff to change what they prepare and that small and ARROGANT lady kept her rude attitude on her co-worker.

> lastly I asked for some ketchup (which is supposed to be included automatically in our order) and that the same lady TALKED BACK TO US stating that why we keep on asking our concerns ONE BY ONE! In the first place they have to make sure that the orders are serve properly and correctly.

I don't know if those low level of costumer service is not enough for me to complain but PLEASE make sure to GIVE SOME DISCIPLINE TO YOUR WORKERS AND teach them or make sure they have MANNERS before hiring them! That's the worst service I ever had.

Tim Hortons poor customer service.

This particular store has extremely poor customer service. They have one shift that gets things correct. Day shift during Monday to Friday. Every other time of the day or part of the week good luck getting something you ordered correct. They never have anything. Always hear "sorry we are currently out of that" Does not matter what time of day it is they're out of everything. Extremely frustrating to always hear this. During the evening you can wait in line for minutes waiting for someone to take your order. They know how to bend their timing by only taking one car at a time. From order box to window. As not to have the timing show up as long wait times.

Tim Hortons the new tops for the hot drinks

When are you people going to get your s**t together and get rid of these new tops you switched to? I have never seen any top for anyones product leak and drip like these do. I may have to stop going to Tims for my coffee or start sending my shirt cleaning bill to Tims head office. My cup holders in my new truck are coffee stained every day from these tops. FIX IT! Rant from Nova Scotia over for now.

This Tim Hortons, is the worst Tims In All of Canada!! The drive thru workers are all so rude, and they didn't fill our drinks to the top!! What a garbage place! All of the workers deserve to be fired! I've never been treated so horribly in my life! I'm tempted to never go back to Tims The photo provided has had Zero drinks from it! Such trash! I can't believe they hired such rude workers!! What a joke for a Canadian company.

Tim Hortons service

Every item I ordered with the exception of a doughnut was wrong. 2 frozen lemonades made as ice caps ( for my kids), 2 bagels made opposite of what I ordered, and my coffee made with cream when I order it milk. Even after going back to have it redone it was still mostly wrong, I was offered no apology and wasted 40 minutes of my day. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

Upon entering this location the floors were extremely dirty. When I entered the public washroom, everything was filthy! The floors were disgusting, toilet paper was sitting on the dispenser with [censored] stains on it. The sink area was so gross I could not bare to wash my hands. When I ordered my food, no receipt was given and it took 10 mins to make. At least...

Tim Hortons customer service

The drive through is the worst. The servers gets annoyed when you order, when you try and pay and pretty much throws the order at you trough the window. It's not just once it's every time I've gone through. They cannot get orders correct or give you back the wrong change and short you money. There's been a lot complaints on social media about the service others have received.

At 240 PM today I was getting a ice cap, and I ask your employee for a tray. Because I had 2 other drinks, she would not give it to me . Seeing that I'm struggling with all these drinks and would not give me a tray! I think that is rude and not very professional . I hope someone from there will speak to her about this behavior. This is not the first time I've had problems in this location.

Tim Hortons customer service

Today August 2nd I went to Tim Hortons, the debt was down through the drive through which was fine (it's always not working). So I parked and brought my 5 year old and my puppy inside with me because we all know it is illegal to leave a dog in a car on a hot day, it was between 27 and 30 degrees around lunch time.. the lady at the cash waited on 2 customer and then it was my turn, I prob waiting 4 to 5 minutes before it was my turn. The lady then proceeded to tell me I had to leave and couldn't stay, I looked at her and she yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant saying her manager had told her that I couldn't stay because my dog was not a service dog.. I then proceeded to say im not leaving my puppy in a vehicle on a hot day, it is illegal. She continued to yell at me, she was literally shaking behind the cash, I got my boy and my dog and left the building. The point of the matter is if the manager had an issue she should of pulled me aside and asked me to leave instead of getting her employee to yell at me across the cash in front of a ton of people that I needed to leave and also the debt machine is always down at the drive through but never down in the store... if it was fixed this problem could of been avoided!
