Tim Hortons was talked to rudely

I like to have five cream in my coffee as i have over 50 years and i am in a dissability scooter.The lady said to employe ...not to give me 5 cream 4 my coffee and if he does not like it ...he can go else where. There is more but my hand is cramping...sorry!Pls call and do some thing as i go there every morn.I LOVE coffee MY WAY!..tyvm..mfn and i am 63.

Tim Hortons very slow times and questionable customers service

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. They take 10-15 mins to serve one person, and this is the norm. Awful. Their customers service skills are also lacking. They need to have an effective customer service training course set in place. And if this does exit, apparently this Tim's never got the memo. It's because of this place that I started walking to McDonald's, which is out of my way, but at least I'm never waiting.

Tim Hortons coffee price difference

So we visit Camrose Alberta for a musical festival and went to the local Tim Hortons, and the price of the large coffee was more than at home, in Ponoka and Whitecourt. We are confused on why the price at one place is different. Yes not a lot of difference however over a period of time it would add up. Just curious is all. Cost us 2.00 for and in Camrose 2.05. Seems odd!

This girl is a bully shes old, and miserable and gives everyone dirty looks. Doesn't ever wash her hands complains about everything anyone else does. Makes threats about weapons being used. She is the worst person I've ever worked with and I'm a real nice person I was always nice to her. Then I realized other girls coming to me saying she was bullying them...

It's 3 pm aug 9 2019 your Tim Hortons is locates downtown Montreal near all office building when trying and get a chicken burger at 3pm on my afternoon break I get to your cash to be told there are no more chicken burger I don't find that okay especially knowing that it's all office people that come and order this is not the first that this happens I go to your locations twice a day

I was in this Tim Hortons and I was getting a medium triple triple. I saw a male manger interupt one of his employees while they were asking a question, telling them to "just get back to drive thru." I also saw him yelling at his employees multiple times to hurry up because they were all too slow. No motivation at all. The employees looked very stressed and they were not treated fairly. It upset me very much as a customer.

Tim Hortons reward card

Hi there,

I got my tim hortons card 3 months ago or so. I used it many times but have never gotten anything free last time i checked i was at 3 rewards and now im at 4 rewards... when i asked the rmployee at tim hortons where i was getting lunch today, he said that last time i got something free which never happen. Those 4 rewards i never got the tim hortons employees never said anything. Isnt this a reward program? Should the employees know when i get something free? I will stop paying at tim hortons if this is the type of service i get.

This store is always extremely cold inside. I've pretty much stopped going to Tim Hortons because if this condition. I would estimate the temperature to be about 64 degrees Fahrenheit. I tried once again to brave this cold store today but the cold drove me and others out. Also, the tables were pretty dirty. Finally, they used to mark the coffee pots showing...

Tim Hortons muffin

To whom it may concern,

I ordered a cup of coffee and blue burry muffin in the Tim Horton (specified the one I visited above). the muffin itself is still frozen inside! I brought it back to the cashier and asked for another one or refund. he refused. he claimed that the only thing he can do is put it to the microwave for me. I thought its kind of unacceptable! I am hoping the similar things wont happen to others and that's the reason why I write a letter to you.

Tim Hortons tomato

I got two sandwiches and both have tomato that's is spoiled. It's clear to the eye that the tomato is no good condition and the worker still put it in the sandwich very disgusting and careless.
These workers need to be more thoughtful and considerate that due to the acid in the tomato it cause a horrible taste when spoils. I waited 10 minutes for this particular worker to prepare my sandwiches while other worker had the order for the customer behind me ready and waiting. Clearly she/he didn't care at all. It was a drive thru and I didn't realize the damage until I got home. Please take care of this because I am willing to drive back and take care of it myself.

Tim Hortons overall service

Hello, my names Tyler I'm a RN with AHS. Been going to this location for breakfast for last three years. Lately I have notice wait time for a simple coffee/muffin has started to become longer than 30 mins which is the length of my breaks.

Even today at 0930 ended up waiting about 25minutes for a coffee. I was trying to get a muffin as well but employee Mara informed be I could not get a muffin because I was in the wrong line up and had to wait again for a muffin.

This is not acceptable. I will no longer be eating at this establishment until something changes. Ei better staffing ratio/ better staff training/ etc.

Tim Hortons dark roast coffee

So, several times I have purchased dark roast coffees from both Orangeville Broadway locations. Both locations served me dark roast coffee that doesn't taste anything like the dark roast coffees I buy at other locations. Either I'm being served the wrong coffee, or these locations are making it wrong. When I buy a dark roast coffee at Wanless and Hurontario in Brampton, it tastes great. There is definitely something wrong in Orangeville. I thought maybe it was a one off problem, so I kept going back, and several times I have been served coffees in Orangeville that barely have any flavour. It tastes like a really weak brew.

Does someone actually follow up on these complaints and get back to you? Or is this just a place to write a complaint so you can feel better about yourself?

Dirty Store all the time / Filthy Store Aug 07, 2019 Th Store is always disgustingly dirty. The floor is so filthy even between the two counters at the front. No one seems to care about cleanliness in this store. We see the same dirt every day in there. I am going to report this to the City Health Inspector. The outside is the same with filth. Needs an extreme power washing . I have never seen such a filthy Tim Hortons.

I purchased an Ice Capp this afternoon at the Tim Hortons located in the WalMart Supercentre located at 6140 Henri Bourassa East. I only tasted the Ice Cap as I was on the Highway and the Ice Cap was bad. It tasted sour, Like the cream had gone bad. I order Ice Capp's all the time and this was definitely off. I could not drink it. It had a bad taste to it.

Tim Hortons service

We visited this Timhortons on August 7, 2019 around 3:30 pm.we just asked the supervisor "Feven"to please use clean knife for our bagels because my daughter is alergic, she was so angry doesn't know customer services at all, super rude.she was just like throwing everything on us.bagel wrap was dripping with butter, I don't understand how can she be a supervisor.The boy at front desk was way better than her.

Was at the location with my family (wife and grandchild) on 3 August, 2019. Ordered breakfast for eat-in. Restaurant cleanliness was well below average. Majority of the tables were dirty. There were food particles on the window sills and the tables and chairs were scattered around (not organized). Had hard time looking for a clean table to sit at and enjoy...
