The first week of July my son, who is a co-member checked in at the Birch Bay WA Thousand Trails. My son is disabled and does not have a car, only the RV so his family helps him to get his groceries etc. I, the primary member showed up there, I was given a code from someone at a corporate employee in an email/text message, so I entered the gate and was verbally attacked by staff. I tried to explain who I was and what I was doing, and they argued with me telling me I could not enter. I proceeded to the camp site where my son was and was followed by two members of staff on a golf cart who continued to harass me and my son. They have now suspended my membership and will not let my son check in at The Bow Hill location where he has a reservation. I pay a lot of money for this membership. I had a code given to me to get in, and I am the primary member on our account. There was no reason for me nor my son to be treated this way (I am 78 years old and no threat to anyone), and the suspension is unlawful. If this does not get resolved, I will be contacting my attorney.

Desired outcome: I want my membership reinstated and not suspended and a formal apology
