Sept 2024, I paid the remaining balance of 2024 dues. TT apparently continued to charge $5 monthly billing "convenience fee". When the $5 "for 2024" charge reappeared in March 2025 (I had paid both Jan and Feb 2025 dues + $5 conv fee) I paid it only to have it charged again in April. I paid the 2024 charge again, tried to call many times but no answer during their posted hours. A few weeks ago, I finally reached a TT rep who tried to credit the $5 for 2024 payment and remove it from future billings. In May and June, the $5 for 2024 is still there even though I have the print-out of my having checked the box to pay $5 for 2024.
The deeper issue here is that TT prevents using a membership if an "overdue" charge exists. This has happened in prior years too. I do not recommend taking on a membership with TT due to this repetitive problem.
Desired outcome: I want TT and their payment processor to credit my $5 payment for 2024, correct their inaccurate reporting with any credit agencies, and restore my membership to its rightful "good" status.

Current/upcoming billing now shows $10 "Overdue" from 2024, so now it's been doubled from $5 that I've paid multiple times since 2024. TT refuses to accurately relflect payments. I've called. In the past, I've sent certified letters. How can an individual force TT to accurately reflect payments we make?
I won't refer my adult kids - or anyone I consider a friend - for membership with Thousand Trails! TT is TToo much hassle.
Went to TT's online payment system to pay dues for July today and found that TT is now charging me for OVERDUE 2024 Dues, which were PAID IN FULL on Aug 30, 2024. I have the payment receipts, of course, and have written to TT to object to this - Again! As of June 26 (just a few days ago) their online payment system showed, also inaccurately, an oveerdue balance for 2024 of $10. TT's mailed billing statement does not indicate ANY overdue amounts of any kind, but shows the monthly dues at $78.70, which is $10 higher than their online biller indicates. What A MESS!
