On Friday, September 7th at 10:20 am, at the Burger King on the corner of Barrett Lakes Blvd and Chastain Rd in Kennesaw, Georgia, I was yelled at by a female employee behind the counter. The employees had locked the doors unbeknownst to me and a customer came to the door. I thought it was locked by accident and went to unlock it. The female employee yelled in a very hateful tone, "We have the doors locked for a reason. Don't touch it." I sat down in shock. They did not let the customer inside and made loud comments about why didn't the "woman" go through the drive thru. The doors to the store remained locked for another fifteen minutes. You can imagine how I felt when after being yelled at and being locked in the store. I go to this Burger King often when I have to drop my daughter at the college across the street. I order breakfast or dinner and eat inside. I will never go into this store again. I will take my business to the Wendy's or Arby's close by. Another probably would have called the police when they realized they were locked inside and being screamed at. It is sad that employees like these are allowed to work at a Burger King.

The woman manning the microphone at the Burger King drive thru in Rawlins Wyoming was the rudest I have ever experienced. When she asked me what I want, I first said I had a coupon and she let me know their coupon ability was down and she couldn't accept coupons, so I took a minute to decide what I wanted instead. I picked a meal and asked to add an ice cream cone, she said their ice cream machine is down, I asked if I could add onion rings to my order and she said they are out, I laughed and made a light joke about so many things being unavailable before the weekend hit, (it was Thursday evening, sept 6th, at 9pm)and she went on about how they don't get large enough shipments and are understaffed and a long list of reasons why she was irritated already. I knew the other major fast food spot in town was shut down for a week to move locations and that it was causing more traffic at Burger King and so I tried to commiserate with her as she seemed very frustrated at the situation and lack of support, I asked something about Burger King preparing for this, knowing it would be busier this particular week, she took offense and I tried to respond that I understand it must be frustrating for them, she interrupted in an angry tone and said it has been a frustrating and long day and did I want my food or not? I was taken back by her anger and said speaking to customer like that wasn't going to help the situation at all and she replied that I didn't have many other options (restaurants in our smaller town are sparse) and that I could deal with it or leave. I responded there really wasn't any need to speak to me like that and she told me to just leave, and then alternated between shouting "Bye!" And "leave" at me over and over until I drove away. I was appalled and shocked at her behavior.

Racist action showed by manager at store. Have had problems with her since she was hired now I was asked to leave the store because I was abusive and not to come back. I have been at the store this location for over 22 years I have never had a problem at that Burger King until they hired this girl it is obvious that she does not like white people..

I am from Toledo was in for funeral, Thought I would drive through get some food to take back to Hotel, They gave me pop without ice, I hand him the pop back he poured it downside my new car, Then He never said there was no ice, fries was drop inside the bag never bothered to eat any of the slop, Not only did I learn they had no ice never offered me anything else to replace, I can say I will be sure to avoid that place. Bad service and not a bit friendly.

My husband and I went to the Burger King here in Fernley, Nevada on Fremont Street just before lunch was supposed to start. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the burger was completely cold, the bacon was overcooked, cold and stale. I don't know how old the bacon really was. When my husband went to complain to the manager, she said it was their policy to give any leftover bacon to the customers. I wouldn't have fed that crap to a stray dog. When my husband asked her if she would eat bacon like that, she quickly said no. She then proceeded to the back of the kitchen and was loudly making fun of us complaining with the rest of staff...alll of them laughing in front of the other customers! I honestly thought that only the Burger King's in Memphis were awful. I now know that they are all bad. I tried to give Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but I will never EVER set foot in another one again. Not for all the money in the world! 🤬🤮

The burger king in south beach on 5 street a block from alton road the bk close to 395 highway. It has hours that it closes at 1am. Last night, tuesday September 5; my bf and myself arrived in drive thru by bk speaker at 12:54am sat by speaker for 10 mins since car was at window in front of us.
Pull up to window and no employee by drive up window there was a handiman by window not employeed by bk. I asked to speak to manegar, had forgotten his name. He was working at that time and date, he was a younger short in height spanish manegar. I said to manegar, we were here before 1am this sign says bk closes at 1am.
He said no we stopped making food, we dont have any. I said, if u close at 1am why is everything shut down and stop serving. And we left hungry wit no food when we rushed there to be there before 1am.
Please evulate and have the right staff working. This bk if it closes at one and someone arrives by or before 1am bk is still comsidered opened.
Hope you take this matter seriously and have harder more ambitious workers, we value and care to serve and feed people during hours of operation.
Most decent folks are in bed at 1am. JS.

I normally get pretty good service here, it was different this time. The smallest bill I had was $100. The drive through person had to go get, what I'm assuming was a manager, to get change. I not only watched him handle the money with food handling gloves on, which I hope to God he changed after, but when he handed me my change, he made the statement "we literally have no Twenty's ($20 dollar bills) left" As if it was my fault that they were out of change.

Went to BK on Richmond Ave. in Staten Island NY for breakfast egg sandwich. Could clearly see the cook sweeping up the floor and dumping dirt into a garbage can and handling the can with gloves on. I placed my order and watched that same person proceed to make my order without changes his gloves. He used the same gloves to clean up garbage and prepare my order. Aren't these employee's trained in basic food preparation? I found this to be a disgusting practice. I asked for my money back and left the store in disgust.

I go to this burger king restaurant every morning and don't know if it's them trying to cut the wait time but the hashbrowns are not properly cooked because they usually have a little crunch not a lot and I like that but lately it's mushy not crunchy like always like it's been sitting in oil or not cooked enough please fix this item or re educate the employees on how to cook them please thanks the one I'm talking about is ( 29 FIRST ST PITTSFIELD MASS 01201) thank you

I went too burger king in lowell mass 392 chelmsford st and i had ordered food and a manager name krista took my order and first messed it up and then i repeated my order she was rude got my order and it fell on the floor and she picked it up and still gave it to me . Hello my name is Dan. I was just at Burger King in Ottawa, IL. I didn't receive a receipt or so I apologize for not having the number or correct prices. I was over charged and given the wrong food. I ordered the 2 meals for $10 both spicy chicken and 2 double bacon cheeseburgers. The order should have been around $15 plus tax but, I was charged $25 something. I didn't think about the price until I had already left and was on my way home. When I got home though I realized the double bacon cheeseburgers were just regular cheese burgers so I don't know if they gave me the wrong bag or just didn't get the order right. The fries were upside down and I got no napkins or ketchup which I asked for. Now I don't know if it is just laziness or they just made a mistake and gave me the wrong bag but, it wasn't that busy so I don't know how the order could of been this messed up. Please I would appreciate it if we could resolve this issue quickly thank you

I order a double whopper meal and I went thru the drive thru I made it home with in 6 min I check my food it only had 1 beef patty I drove up there and went in they remade it I. Check it still was wrong the cook made it wrong 4 times before I ask for a manager that was to busy to come to the front Finally another employee made it but that location needs some real training I'm very upset about when you spendn your money you would think your food would be right

I was visiting the drive thru at the newton, nc burger king. The lady working the drive thru had to ask me 4 times what my order was. Then when I pulled around to the window she acted like she didnt want to take my card. She used 2 fingers to take it, then when she handed it back to me it was wrapped up in the receipt. Also, her shirt was so tight I could see her bra and literally her breast. Actual skin. From where the buttons was to tight and pulling apart her shirt. You have children, elders, ...family's who go in there and eat. Who wants to see that?! Certainly not me. I was disgusted by it. You are there to work, not show your body off. She was rude, didnt say thank you have a nice day nothing. Just, ...here ya go. I know shes a black female manager, worked today. 9-4-18, and it was around 4:10 -4:30pm. I more than likely will not go back to that burger king at all. I've seen a lot of stores where workers are on their phones, .playing with their hair, shirts. Wiping their faces and not washing their hands after. Needless to say I walk out. I hope and pray burger king can do better than this. I already stopped going to bojangles. I'd hate to stop going to burger king as well.

When I go to the drive-thru window and I have paid for my food and I'm waiting patiently for my food and you tell me that I have to pull forward when there is no one behind me you are telling me that I am a relevant that my order is irrelevant that the fact that I have already paid and then waiting patiently for my food is irrelevant I am the customer without me you do not exist without my money your employees don't get paid I'm a relevant customer do not tell me to pull forward with no reason to do so when you do that you alienate the customer and you make them not want to return that being said I work in the restaurant industry I went to school for it and while in school I was taught that the customer in the seed that has paid is the most important customer how is the customer whose not even there yet more important than I am after I have paid and I still have not gotten my food I should be the most important person at that drive-thru window not the person who's not even there you are incredibly disrespectful to the customer with this policy I will not return until it is resolved I very much enjoy your Burgers I think your food is tasting I would like to be able to eat Burger King food again without being disrespected every single time I go there
salted caramel shake
A salted caramel shake was purchased yesterday on 9/3/18 at 1306 E 71st street Tulsa OK. 2 issues.
1. When shake was handed to me it was not thick. It was very loose for a shake. So I returned it and asked if they can make it thicker. The person who was making it became upset because he couldn't make it thicker, so he threw it in the trash and had someone attempt to make it.
2. I noticed that when I received my shake the 1st and 2nd time it looked nothing at all like the advertisement. Not even close. I even pulled it up online to make sure. The picture that's in the drive through wasn't what I paid for.
So basically it was complete false advertisement. It looked like just a plain regular vanilla shake. No additions to it all. Very disappointed. I included a photo of what it's supposed to look like and what I was served. The reason I'm complaining is because most businesses today are very unprofessional and customer service is horrible. And if no one complains then nothing will change.
hours of operation
The Burger Kings in Arlington TX say they open at 6:00am. But at 7:00am if you can even get anyone to come to the window they tell you come back in half an hour. For a while the BK at 1520 North Cooper was better. But now they have had there drive through coned off for over a week even though they advertise a 24 hour drive through!. If they are not going to open and be ready for service at 6:00am like they claim they need to change the advertised hours. If they are not even going to open the drive through on North Cooper they need to stop advertising 24 hour service. I was moving my default breakfast store from McDonald's to BK. But BK has forced me back to Micky D's by not even bothering to open on time or have a working drive through.
ran out of food
On Sept 3, 2018 at Burger King # 15674 in Corpus Christi, Tx at 7:11 pm this location ran out of Burgers. BURGER King ran out of BURGERS . I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for ketchup, only to be told they were also out of ketchup. About 3-4 weeks ago this location ran out of chicken. This location is constantly running out of top menu options. This location either needs to shut down or needs an entire management overhaul. Third is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Waited forever to receive my food and then when I finally get my food they substituted rolls for sourdough bread and if they told me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered the sandwiches that I did. So that really pissed me off, then everything was cool and not hot! I want hot food if I'm ordering something that is supposed to be hot! Then my son informs me that I Forgot to order a shake that he wanted so I went to order that on our way out and we had to wait another 20 minutes...we get that finally and we leave. I get half way home and he discovers a hair in his drink. Totally disgusted he refuses to drink it! I paid$4 for something to go into the garbage... actually most of the food we ordered went into the garbage so I actually wasted $20+ and wasted an hour of my time! I have never been so angry with a fast food restaurant and this is one of the reasons that I don't go to Burger King very often. Everytime it seems like I'm infuriated when I leave.
breakfast meals complaint
I ordered 3 egg, ham and cheese croissant meals at the burger king in Hyanis/Barnstable MA at exit 6, Route 6. I got to work and they were wrong so I went back and told them my order was wrong and they said Sorry but we're serving lunch now. Thry had sausage on them which i do not like. I said so what am I suppose to do with this can i get my money back?...They said no but we'll send you gift cards in the mail. I never got my food, my money or the gift cards. This is so upsetting to me because I feel taken advantage of. They took my food so they could have at least given me my money back. I don't remember the exact day because I expected to get the gift cards. They took all my info. So please help me out with this situation.

I went to Burger King today and ordered the #1 cut in half no cheese, and a double cheese burger.
The screen did not come up to shoe my order. The girl taking the order asked me to pull up. I pulled up and I asked the girl in the window to make sure there was no cheese on the Whopper as the receipt looked like it said cheese. She said they don't come with cheese so I drove off. Get home there's cheese on it. Drove all the way back and let the counter girl know what was going on and she said you said cheese I took your order and I said no I said no cheese. She gets rude and says ok its no big deal grabs the bag and proceeds to let the kitchen know. I get my order but in the mean time there is a hair on the counter that I point out to her 3 times and she blatantly ignores me. She kind of shoves my order at me turns her back and says have a nice day sarcastically. Correct me if I'm wrong . Is it not extra for cheese? She did not offer to refund me either.
