On Sept 2, 2018 @ 10:47am I went through the drive thru at the Burger King in Michigan City, Indiana. I ordered off the breakfast menu and the lid on my lg coffee was sticky, & gross because something had been previously spilt on the outside of it! I asked to have the lid replaced and when I got home, I looked at the inside edge of the lids and it was sticky & gross just like the first one! I called and told them of the gross, nasty, sticky coffee lids and the person that answered the phone would only say "Oh I'm sorry" & "Sorry that happened to you" before hanging up. Also from the taste of my COLD hashbrowns, the fryer oil needs to be changed too. It's a shame how "gone down hill" this Burger King has become because it USED to be clean & very nice. I guess I won't be eating from THIS Burger King anymore!

At 9.30pm on Saturday 1st September we, as a family visited your restaurant 12491 State Road 535 Orlando Fl 32836. My daughter had virtually finished her meal when she tipped the rest of her fries out of their container to find a fried cockroach! The cashier seemed appalled and then called for a senior member of the team. A lady dressed in black come to the counter and wasn't fazed one bit and asked me if I wanted more fries. Unfortunately, eating anymore food from your restaurant was the last thing on my mind. We threw the rest of our food away and left immediately. I hope you can investigate this matter further.

My name is Brian Decker and me and my wife stopped in to eat a the Burger King located at 3102 Taylorsville Rd in Statesville NC. Around 1400 and 1430 And my experience was not up to par as it has been in the past. The crew was nice and the service was quick but the food was lousy.
I ordered 2 Jr Whopper with cheese meals, and that's where it goes south. The drink machine leaked water after despencing ice and the ketchup despencer was completely out. Infact another customer complained bout the ketchup despencer being out and it had yet to be filled while eating my meal and when I left it still wasn't filled up but my cheif complaint was or o should say is the meal it's self first off the burgers were barely warm and wouldn't even melt the cheese that was on them. The Jr Whopper with cheese was not even fresh they tasted like they were bout an hour and a half old. Neither the fries nor the onion rings were hot either. I have never in all my life experienced bk this crappy and because of this experience today which will be the second time I will not be eating bk for a while sincerly a former Navy veteran .

The service in Burger King was awful. One of the employers misunderstood my order, and when asked if they could change it, they promptly ripped it out of my hand and threw it away. They began yelling and repeatedly getting mad over their own mistake. They reluctantly fixed my order, but the rudeness and inconsideratness was intolerable. will never come back

Approximately 20 minutes ago, September 1, 2018, 1203 a.m., store # 7066, Jacksonville Florida I ordered 2 whoppers cut in half. The order was wrong 3 times. They kept giving me someone else's order. Asked if I could get courtesy fries for the extended wait and did not gget tgem or a soda. I was asked why I thought they should do anything for me. I didnt even ger a receipt.
manager and poor quality of food
On Friday August 31st, I went through drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food. I pulled up to the window and as I was waiting I watched the manager play with her hair and touch her face and then mess with the food. She did not wash her hands once. That is completely disgusting! They pulled us forward and we waited another 10 minutes for our food. When I got home the order was made wrong and our cheese sticks were over cooked. They were nasty. The sandwiches looked like they were slapped together.

I visited this location this morning Sept 1, 2018 at 1015am and the manager and the majority of the staff were rude and very unprofessional. Some stated out loud, "I don't want to be at work", while others stated "they give attitude so I give attitude back". The wait was long and there were countless wrong orders returned and complaints. apple pie/ freshness
I want to start off by saying Burger King was one of my favorites! And I don't like to complain but this isn't the first disappointment. I called the store more than a few times and no answer, I also went ahead and filled out the receipt survey. We ordered through the Favor Delivery App in SA Tx and all was fine. The burgers were warm, the fries a bit cold and tasted like they had been reheated or held and the pie boxes were warm. Everything was fine, we chose to eat our pies later. So about 4 hours later I awoke from my nap first and enjoyed my pie, when my boyfriend awoke and opened up his he went from smiles to frowns. When I asked what was wrong he tossed me the pie and to my surprise it was covered in black/green mold. Again I am not one to go and complain but really? The mold was black, and the main reason we even ordered food that day was because we wanted the apple pies!

I waited at the order menu for at least four minutes. Without my order being taken. Then she said hold a minute please. The line next to me was getting there order taken. The cars kept driving off. I guess they were being told to hold as well. She FINALLY took my order after waiting probably another 2 to 3 minutes. I got to the money window and paid for my food. No receipt. Got to the food window received my food and still didn't get a receipt. Maybe they didn't want any complaints. This is ridiculous!

We just left Burger King Store 754 at 1201 Josey Lane Carrollton, Texas 75006. To began, the drive thru attendant was rushing us to place our order. She rushed us to move from drive thru while I was checking my food and (it was not even busy). To top that off, my food was cold, the cheese was not melted on my burger and the burger was half cooked. I bit into it and the meat was pink.

I am very upset that you tore down the BK on County line just west of Park Meadows mall, and put up a f...bank. Then a new BK opened in Wal-mart at (west)of Quebec and C470. Went in there this morning to have breakfast with my wife, and after we ordered they called us back to the counter to inform us they were out of eggs. How does that happen. For crying out loud, Wal-Mart sells eggs. GO BUY SOME.

I thought it was company policy to have certain lunch items available all day. But I just pulled in the drive thru and when I tried to order I was told they aren't service lunch and that they don't even have the equipment turned on. And the lady over the intercom had an attitude and acted like no one should want a burger yet and that I'm just crazy.

I had time unemployment for a recent job and burger king did pop up, but I am trying to return to work and continue my careers with the company. On Aug 30, 2018 at 7:00pm we went to our local burger king, our order went smoothly and a little later we got out food and sat down. While eating a 35-40 year old blond haired woman employee openly badmouthed her fellow employees and even threatened to walk out. Also involving a customer in her rant. This was very unsettling and hope the right measures are taken when dealing with this problem.

Hello, This morning we stopped at our local burger king for breakfast. #00121, 7133 w. Dempster Niles IL. At 06.05am. 08/30/2018 store was still close, I knocked on door, no one answered I then used drive-thru. When I was at window I asked staff what time you open for lobby, she told me you have to wait, i'm busy. She had attitude answering my question. After I got my food I had to ask for receipt because she did not give it to me. She should not have attitude and showed negative body language. She also said something in spanish. This is very bad customer service. The restaurant staff must be ready to serve customer at 6 am if that is the open time.
excessively poor service and snide managerial response
On 8/30/18, at approximately 4 pm, I went to the Burger King on N. Delsea Drive, Glassboro NJ, and ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and a small Coke. A woman of mideastern descent takes my order. After a few minutes wait, I see the OCS' placed on the heat rack. They are put in a drive thru order bag, although they are mine. How do I know they are mine? Because moments later the drive thru customer comes in and complains that she ordered 2 plain OCS', with nothing on them. Into the trash goes my sandwiches. Mistakes happen, no problem. They can't possibly screw it up again, right? Wrong. 2 more OCS' are made, again with lettuce and mayo. The mideastern lady (who seems to be in charge) yells at the cooks that she needs 2 plain OCS', again my sandwiches are thrown out, for n apparent reason. When I point out that she could just give me my sandwiches rather than throw them out repeatedly, she acts like she never saw me before, although see took my order.
Rather than wait for them to throw out my sandwiches a 3rd time, I ask for my money back so I I can go to McDonald's. The assistant manager, Robert, was the most snide customer service representative I've ever experienced in my life. As I explained why I wanted a refund, he replied with "uh-huh, is that what REALLY happened?". Yes, yes that is exactly what happened, down to the tiniest detail. I watched every mistake happen before my eyes.
Don't bother sending me coupons, as I promise I will never ever eat there as long as those franchisees run that store. Consistently. Worst. Establishment. Ever.

This morning we stopped at our local burger king for breakfast. We were on our way out of town and needed something quick. We were rushed in the drive thru line (it was not even busy) and then asked to pull out front and wait for our food. We waited a minimum 20 minutes for our food. My mother and then myself had to go inside because we did not know what was going on and taking so long . Meanwhile my one year old is in the car screaming because we had been sitting so long. The worker inside was not apologetic at all but actually quite rude with an atittude. When we finally got out food the sandwiches were cold with cheese unmelted. I ordered my son French toast sticks and he wouldn't eat them so I tried one and it was SPICY. Like why ? They must have fried them in old grease that fried something spicy. I am not one to complain but this service was absolutely ridiculous .
size of chicken biscuit
I stopped by Burger King #17617 on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, on my way to work. I purchased a sausage/egg/cheese croissant combo, and a chicken biscuit combo. When I got to work, and opened my chicken sandwich, I was shocked to find out that the chicken was paper thin. I took a picture of a hash brown in comparison to the thickness of the chicken and the hash brown was thicker than the chicken. Totally a waste of money. Had I discovered this at the restaurant, I'd ask for my money back and gone to Hardee's where I know the chicken biscuit is bigger and priced well.

I drove up through the drive-thru waited a very long time before anyone answered, finally place my order and the young African american female had a very nasty attitude cursing at customers that is ordering food in the drive thru, her and another employee was throwing fries, then when she seen me looking in the window she looks in shrugs her shoulder with an screwed face . i waited about ten minuets for my order which was just a bacon cheese burger in onion rings i got my food there was no bacon on my burger the bread was wet don't know what it was and no onion rings, they gave me cold fries instead at this point i just thew it away . she was just very rude i felt so bad for the elderly guy waiting in the drive thru how she was cursing over the head set saying ''these dumb mother [censored]ers wait so late to order'', you can here her saying to another employee she doesn't give a [censored] about this job as she was looking toward my way .

store cleanliness - flies on food
To Whom It May Concern:
Late this afternoon, my boys (10 and 13) and I decided to frequent a Burger King restaurant near our home. The first thing we noticed after going inside, was the large amount of flies that were inside the store. We ordered and sat down to eat. But unfortunately, the amount of flies was overbearing. There were flies on the deep fryer, the french fries, the onion rings, the milkshake machine, the burgers, ect. My boys even tried to count how many flies were in and around our table as a sort of game. Although I didn't find it very funny. They said somewhere between 15-20 flies. Now I can verify this myself. I wouldn't have cared so much if it were just 2 or 3 flies. I'm aware sometimes you can't always keep flies outside a fast food store, because people are always coming and going. However, after a few minutes I asked for a bag and took all the food to go. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing everything out, because too many flies had landed on the food. I was and am quite upset regarding this incident, and I don't believe the board of health would have been too happy with what we witnessed. One of my children managed to get one picture of the problem. I just wish it had captured more of what we were dealing with inside the store. Unfortunately, the photo only captured 2-3 flies at the time the photo was taken. I am asking Burger King refund me for the meal I ended up discarding, which totaled $18.67. Thank you.
