I was canceling my month to month subscription due to moving out of the country. My last month, they shut off my services early then it took 5 days to get it back on so I could operate my business with it for the last 2 weeks I was at the location. They said I was not getting charged for the last month because of all the problems they had turning it back on after they wrongfully shut my account down. Now I'm moved out of the country, they sent my last month bill to collections with out a call or email that they said was free when I called to finish the last payments before my move. They shut down my account so I cannot call or get in contact and I have collections calling and my credit score getting hit hard because they couldn't have the courtesy or customer service or care at all to contact me. They didnt even send a email about any of this
Recommendation: Telus is a major rip off. Beware of the contracts with them they are liars.
