Forsee Foresee pop-ups, emails, and privacy violations

They seem to have changed their strategy. I haven't had any pops since making all sorts of adjustments to my PC and security.
But, now they have a new gimmick. A couple of days after shopping at Lowes I received and email, allegedly on behalf of Loews inviting me to their usual surveys. I wrote a complaint to Lowes requesting to know why they had given out my email address and the fact I had purchased something. They emphatically denied providing any information to Foresee nor authorizing a survey. I emailed a complaint to Foresee requesting an explanation and how they got my email and purchase information. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a requested response. The only thing I can figure is that I had used their website to research an item and Forsee obtained that info from some source. But, I thought I had blocked all outgoing messages from my PC.

They need to be reined in for their practices.
