Dear Target Guest Services Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund for an order placed on Target.com, as the package was never received, and I have also been charged three times for what was supposed to be a single order. According to the tracking information provided by Target and UPS, the order was marked as “Delivered” on December 16, 2025, at 12:41 PM, to an address in West Lafayette, IN, with delivery location listed as Front Door. However, no package was received, and there is no delivery photo available. The person at the delivery address has confirmed that: No Target package was received No notification or email was received indicating a delivery The building mailbox and entrance were checked Other Target packages for different residents were received without issues, confirming this was not a general delivery problem Additionally, I noticed that my credit card statement shows three separate charges from TARGET.COM, even though only one order was placed. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I have attached screenshots showing: The UPS tracking marked as delivered with no image My bank statement reflecting three charges for the same order WhatsApp messages confirming that no package was received at the delivery address Due to the missing delivery and the duplicate charges, I kindly but firmly request: 1. A full refund for the undelivered order 2. A reversal of any duplicate or unauthorized charges Please investigate this matter urgently and confirm when the refund has been processed. I expect a prompt resolution, as I have fully complied with all delivery instructions and this issue is beyond my control. Thank you for your immediate attention.
