I placed an online order on 9-2-2023. I paid with a 15.00 target gift card and put the 3.13 balance on my red card On 9-5-2023 I checked my checking account and they had charged the 3.13 and the 15.00 to my account. So I tried to call the store I go to and they would pick up and hang up after it had rang 10 times very unprofessional. So I called the corporate office after going through all the push buttons I got a person who said that the 15.00 had not been charged to me when I told I was looking right at it she told me again I wasn’t charged The supervisor I talked to said they always put the gift card amount as a hold on your red card account until the order is processed and then it falls off after 24 to 48 hours It’s there target gift card why do they need to put s hold on my account. This is wrong. If it were a different gift card or other card fine but there own gift card the hold is ridiculous and business wise very bad . Don’t order anything online and pay with a target gift card

Desired outcome: I should receive a gift card just for putting up with all this
