Taco John's

I have ordered at the west duluth (mn) location numerous times. I drive away, and when I get home I open my bag… and the order is wrong.

Most recent was yesterday, I went inside and ordered a taco bravo, all meat no beans, sour cream on the taco portion. When I got home, I started to eat it… it was all bean and no sour cream. This has been the matra when I go to order. I do not know how I can be more exact in ordering. Another time I ordered my taco bravo all meat w/sour cream and a beef burrito. I got home and it was once again a taco bravo all bean.. No sour cream and a hard shell taco! No burrito! Perhapss I need to start going to taco bell. I just do not understand how the same mistake is made over and over again. And I get charged for what I actually ordered. Help. I feel like i’ve been scammed
