I placed an online order and used my land line phone number. Two taco salads and four hard shell tacos.
The confirmation email said show up and give my name or (or not) order number. I didn't get a delivery time as I wanted to choose.
At the post, I gave my name and said I had an online order. The voice had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to go to the second window.
I arrive at the second window. I might as well have arrived in a foreign country or the Twilight Zone. The worst exchange. I showed a picture of my order number but it didn't include my name. WTF?
The people at the window gave me a bunch of irresponsible dialogue. A boy who thought he was someone said he couldn't "fire" my order without my name and or have checked in properly.
I told him that his business was a pile of crap and he invited me to leave his driveup lane and never to come back.
Nice work. You do realize that there are seven or more taco driveups in my town. Pretty sad when a person can't go to a failing taco business and get the best service in the world.
Desired outcome: I've determined that I will never do business at your store for all of ever. What a sad outcome for a family looking to have a meal.
