Taco Cabana maggots in food

TACO CABANA ON THE EAST FREEWAY IN EAST HOUSTON ON 9-22-08 SERVED ME AND MY PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND MAGGOTS IN OUR FOOD . MANAGEMENT WAS SO NEGATIVE AND DID NOT CARE. AVOID ALL TACO CABANA'S ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT THERE BUSINESS. I AM SUEING THEM AS WE SPEAK. THEY WILL PAY FOR THE DAMAGES DONE.

I ordered a beef fajita taco this am and the meat was
burnt and dry and cold...This is not right! Taco Cabana On MOntrose Blvd.

Taco Cabana horrible, horrible, horrible customer service

I went to eat at Taco Cabana's Fuqua location last night with my husband at 12:45AM. I ordered my meal and a margarita. The server walked off and came back to say they (the margaritas) were closed. (Others were having margaritas by the way...) I looked at the machine clearly working, and the lady looked at me very rudely and slammed the off button on the machine. So, I said ok, I'll have a beer. Then she responded that they too were closed. I asked why and she responded that Taco was not a restaurant that had to serve me. I was very offended and surprised by the treatment that I received for no reason what so ever. So, I asked if I could speak with the manager and she said that she was the manager with a huge smirk on her face. At this point I was getting angry, so I decided it was not worth it and responded by saying that I was not going to spend y money or eat at Taco Cabana then and left abruptly. Once in my car, I thought to myself that I should have gotten her name, so I went in and asked her name. I also explained that I would be filing a report with Taco Cabana's corporate office. As I was leaving she was yelling at me and making fun of me to other customers in the line. This is the worst treatment that I have ever received in my life. I will admit that I did lower myself to her level by calling her a bad name, and I'm not proud of that. But in my defense, I did absolutely nothing to deserve the way I was treated. I was not intoxicated, nor was I inappropriate in any way before she refused to serve me. Moreover, even if she had had someone else before us or had some kind of bad experience, she should not have taken it out on us. I honestly do not think this lady named "Maria" ws actually the manager, at least I certainnly hope not. I would hope that Taco Cabana would have higher standards than to have management of this quality (or lack of it for that matter!). Anyway, that's what happened to us...I strong suggest avoiding this location unless you want to subject yourself to abusive and horrible treatment.

iwas at taco cabana had to wait thirty minutes before iwas served. adderss is 5242 norty lamar store no20351.i seen everyone being served before iwas. after ihad beenthere. seem to me they never put the order in or gave to some else. not very good custer service.

I had a problem with my food on monday April 20, i order some barbacoa burritos the meat was spoil and smell really bad and the taste was horrible!. So i call the store and stead of getting any apology the lady how answer my call Samanta "manager" try to talk with me but was really hard to understand what she was saying so she started speakimg spanish with someone else in the background, I told her to let me speak to a general manager so Berni came to the phone with a attitude he didn't even let me finish telling him ehat happen whe he ask when and with what I pay the order, so when I finish taking to him I call thr headquarters the lady how answer my call said someone will return my call, so guess what no one habe return my call yet. So i walking to the store bringing evethung back, Berni the manager said i return you money to you card i said thank you and i explain him what happen and I told him the my husband was ub the hospital for something he eat friday night and now make me wander if something he eat at the taco cabana in plano tx what got him sick and hes answer was people get sick with infecction because they dont wash they hands! What kind a answer is that from a manager to a costumer.
Really disappointed in the quality of food and a really bad costumer service the taco cabana management provide.

I agree with the above client concerning management attitude towards customers is sometimes out of place., At the location of Stone Oak in San Antonio Texas they also have a manager that his name is Dave or David but he also has a lousy attitude towards customers . He even called me and my friend illegal wetbacks after we visited that store many times after work. But Idont think we will continue to patronize Taco Cabana and hope many people write their true opinions of what goes on at local Taco Cabana stores.

Upset Customers because of Managers attitude and stupid smart [censor] smiles they make with their faces giving you the 800 number to report them. I think this web can carry the message louder

Taco Cabana no attention to order

Clueless Staff!
With the economy being at the level it is, our monies will have value at another fast food drive thru who can get our order right without having to back track and ask about the rest of an order & repeat ourselves after you have our money!
The Mexicans though attractive and confused Do NOt have command of the English ( Engleesh?)Language well enough to take a drive thur order: A simple order from your posted window menu:One Enchilada Dinner, One Carne Guisada Taco and 1 Ultimate burrito?
I received 2 Tacos, 1 Enchilada, rice and beans, No Tortillas.
I will take my $12.55 hard earned money elsewhere as you will not take the paying customer seriously due to a one time captive audience, but as times get tighter You Will!

The only thing I can get at this location without a F***UP is breakfast tacos. Even then, I get two tinyhot sauces for five tacos. Jeez, come on, at least three hot sauces. I love tex-mex and Taco Cabana has great food, fast and at a good price. However, I have taken to avoiding this location whenever possible. I go to the one by work, or five minutes down...

Taco Cabana very rude customer service!

I went to a taco cabana on the 7th of this month august and i had the worst customer service ever. The guy at the drive thru was really rude i have a witness not sure why he was so rude but in my order i asked for chips and queso he argued with me telling me that i didn't which i know i did because thats all my co worker wanted to eat well after a while i just said alright how much would it be to get some chips? He said we don't take orders at the window? Then i asked if i could speak with his manager. The manager didn't even bother to go to the window he just said we can't take orders from the window all i wanted was to get some chips that in ordered in the first place the guy in the drive thru told me that I'm wasting his time which there were no other cars behind me and you don't tell that to CUSTOMERS which give you Business. So i went inside to speak with the manager which i have no idea WHY he is manager since he didn't want to hear me or be accommodating at all they were both rude the manager wouldn't look me in the eyes and i have had it so i contacted the corporate office they submitted a complaint but they never responded back to me so i guess rude and unprofessional ism runs in the company all the way up the chain!

Ordered a few tacos at 7:15am in Seguin my egg and cheese taco had some plastic or metal string in it. 1st off it took a long time and 2nd I could eat it.

We were having a great time out and decided to stop at taco cabana on clay road to enjoy some nice food. As soon as we pulled up and we’re reversing we see one of the employees mean mug us and closed and locked both doors and walked away and it was barely 10pm and they close at 11pm.

At 8 My family and I went to taco cabana and we were attended by a woman with long lashes she provided great customer service was helpful with the menu. I just wanted to thank her for her great service! My family and I will be returning

Your food has gotten expensive and extremely disgusting. I don't know why you've gone out of your way to screw up the food. You use to have good food now its to salty, the rice is always hard the fajita are just disgusting and dry as [censored]. Then you have the nerve to jack up the prices, im done with you greedy heathens!

I ate at the temple store # 20327 on 1/14/2023@2:05pm and the food was so bad I really didn't eat it. I ordered the kickin' nachos with steak and the chips were so stale you couldn't chew them. There was no salsa out nothing. Then you had to workers arguing at the counter. Management wasn't around to care or tlk to. I will NVR go back.

The little unlit BREAKFAST menu sign is completely useless until sun rise. You need flashlight ! Surely management is aware and whoever installed the nice new big sign some time back. I went to website to see the current a.m. menu. Maintenance could get the little sign lit pretty quickly. A silly problem. Thanks, Mike

I've been going to this Taco Cabana for a good while now and every time I see this same women always with a smile on her face, super helpful and just overall a great hard worker EVEN on her breaks. I believe she should honestly get a promotion. I will definitely be returning thanks to her and bringing my friends along. Amazing women.
