Taco Bell review: the drive thru guy

I was ordering my food telling the cashier how I wanted my food and he blurted out "I mean that's how it come what you want me to take off"... I went in the inside to speak with the manager and the drive thru guy was still rude and loud and the manager had no care in the world. She just stood there and looked never said she will take care of him or fix the issue. They were rude and very unprofessional.
