Taco Bell review: terrible customer service

I visited the Oakland Taco Bell on Aug. 21, 2019. My order was taken at 12:05 p.m. While I was waiting for my food, a plain clothed employee came out into the dining room and proceeded to lock all the doors and not let any more customers in. If my knowledge is correct, locking the doors while the dining room is occupied, is a direct violation of life safety code. They said they were short staffed and couldn't let anyone else in, even though they weren't all that busy. They didn't close the drive thru. The customers who where waiting on food had to wait at least 20 minutes.
