My family came in to eat a couple days ago we ordered a big meal so we knew it was going to take some time for the food to come out way, a tall white lady with blonde hair is the most rude lady I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell before. We ordered on a kiosk so it would be easier for them I guess. So I asked her politely for my family's cups since I saw all the other workers finishing up orders, washing dishes, etc... she was the closest one to me just sweeping so she asked me " what do you want" loud and rude I still politely asked can I have my 2 large cups and 2 medium cups, please she slid the cups across the counter almost throwing them as they all fell over, even her team members were in shock as they saw this, I just don't want anyone experiencing this please fire her or do something because we are supposed to be treated as customers if they don't follow the job they shouldn't have it thank you
