I use to love taco salads from Taco Bell; however, I just got a salad, brought it home, and bit into one of the worse things I have ever had in my mouth. The shell tasted horrible. Needless to say, I spit it out and ate no more. I have never written a complaint like this before, but I thought you should know what one of your locations is serving your customers. I had the salad and the shell tasted stale. The meat was in clumps and the seasoning was not blended at all. The taste was terrible. My husband had soft beef tacos and the beef was the same way on the tacos. It was the worst meal I've ever had from Taco Bell. Spent over $13 and threw most of it away. I ordered my usual at the Taco Bell in Seaford. 3 soft tacos with NO beef and Extra Cheese. I understand I pay for extra cheese but there was no extra cheese. Usually the tacos have a ton of cheese and these were very skimpy. So for $6.00 I had 3 tacos with lettuce and a few specks of cheese. This is very upsetting and no filling at all.
