I bought a 12 pack of tacos from the mall taco bell. Sat down to eat with my family and opened my first taco and found a large piece of plastic in with my cheese. My first thought way good thing it was me and not one of my kids. I being an adult look before i take a bite of something, but most children do not. On top out of the 3 people working only 1 was actually doing anything. And one of the girls was wearing fuzzy slippers for work.

In Fiesta potato the potatoes were so hard to chew on. The chicken crunchwrap supreme had only lettuce and chicken, no taste and the crunchy tostada in crunchwrap was awful.Would never go that Taco Bell location again.The staff doesn't know enough how to make stuff.Previously it was better but from last 4-5 months its getting bad to worse.Hopefully some action would be taken to change the staff.

cleaning
The restaurant area is disgusting as well as the restrooms. This is the second Taco Bell with the same issues. Walking up to the door there are dead leaves and trash. It only gets worse after entering the building. I have health issues and I have to wonder if it is safe to eat in there. Instead of standing around waiting for customers, they should be cleaning.

I have eaten at Taco Bell for nearly 25 years my family even longer. Never once have I ever ordered food from Taco Bell with red sauce. I always remove it and add green sauce. You guys took away the verde packs of geeen sauce but could still add it off the line. Now you took that away too. I will no longer be eating at Taco Bell. I'm sure my family will feel the same. We only liked the green sauce. I don't know what your reasoning in taking it away was but it was the worst decision you guys could have made. The green sauce is known and loved by many. Had to set and listen while employee Eric H used F...word to YELL at someone in the back. At the same time a young mother was there with 2 small children under 5 and they had to put up with this demeaning act.
It seems odd to me that you have to have a complaint of over 350 char before anything will be done. sounds like you don't care what happens in your stores!
