Taco Bell my service and what was said to me at the drive thru

I just left the drive Thur at 987 Thornton rd after waiting 15 minutes for two associates to take out the trash I place my order so I ask to make a second order I was told told that I had to drive back around so after I paid the cashier sequoya B ask me to drive back around to get my food I said no after u just couldn't take my second order and no one was behind me ! So I ask got the manager name she walk away and came back and what do I need her name for . I said she know y I need for name to tell on her! So I said so u can't give her name sequoya she said no! I said I have ur ! That was so Unprofessional and had me piss as a Customer

Taco Bell customer service

Wanted to make two orders cus my son was paying for his own food and drive thru Cashier said they were not doin second orders and I asked why and she said we're just not. I asked to speak to manager and she said I'm repeating what my manager told me she's making your food right now so no she's basically goin to tell you the same thing. Cashier at night time is always rude and rushes you when your trying to order. I'm never goin back to that Taco Bell very rude service.

In drive thru they want fast service. That is why the do not do separate orders. If that is what the manager told her then you have to go inside for separate orders. GROW UP. Just because you were told "No" does not mean that the cashier was rude. OF course the cashier is going to rush your order. SHe is being timed. There are people behind you. The world does not revolve around you. I bet if someone like you held up the line and you were behind them you would be complaining about wait time. Trust me you won't be missed and I am sure that the other times that you claim she was "rude" to you was because you did not get your way.

Taco Bell drive thru

I went through the drive though and the majority of my order was wrong which I didn't find out til I got home. I ordered two cheesy roll ups add beef and pico de Gallo and was charged but the pico de gallos were plain. Ordered 2 chips and cheese got chips but no cheese! My kid only eats chips and cheese so he didn't get any food.! Pretty much the whole order needed up being worthless because I have two picky kids who didn't get what they ordered or paid for

Taco Bell Taco Bell not honoring my religious beliefs.

On October 31, 2019, I ordered a beef burrito supreme. Due to my religious beliefs, I substituted the beef to beans. But when I got home I took a bite and there was beef in it. Due to my religious beliefs I had to make myself throw up in order to get the beef out. This is the third time Taco Bell has not met my religious needs. I do not like to complain but I had to in this case. I would like the CEO of Taco Bell send me a written apology.

Taco Bell I got the wrong order

Hi my name is Cynthia abalos. And I just left the Taco Bell by my house. I went through the drive thru and they were very nice they got my order right on the screen. As soon as I get home I realize it was the wrong order. I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. Instead they gave me 2 beefy nacho grillers. I would like my money back . Taco Bell green sauce

I have eaten at Taco Bell for nearly 25 years my family even longer. Never once have I ever ordered food from Taco Bell with red sauce. I always remove it and add green sauce. You guys took away the verde packs of geeen sauce but could still add it off the line. Now you took that away too. I will no longer be eating at Taco Bell. I'm sure my family will feel the same. We only liked the green sauce. I don't know what your reasoning in taking it away was but it was the worst decision you guys could have made. The green sauce is known and loved by many. Taco Bell has been my go to choice for fast food for years and you now fallen to last place in my book. Fix this or I won't return.

description: the manager used verbal, physical, personal, and psychological harassment on more than one occasion and on the date that she harassed me she screamed at me to look at her and when I didn't she used her fingers to forcefully poke my shoulder to get her point clear, when I called her out on physical harassment she screamed at me saying I was disrespectful and told me to leave and that she didn't need someone like me to be working.
resolution: I would like for her to be fired or given a warning by the owner of the store

Taco Bell free taco?

Aproximately 3:30pm Oct 30, my husband and I went to our local Taco Bell drive-thru to take advantage of the GREAT PROMO Steal a Base, Steal a Taco. This is our first experience utilizing a freebie promo like this. We accepted the bag and drove off, on our way out of town. When we opened the bag we were disappointed to find 2 regular tacos instead of the "Doritos Locos" tacos that were promised in the promo. The tacos were very good, as usual, but we felt let down after having eagerly anticipated Doritos Locos tacos.

Taco Bell taco

I went to Taco Bell with my grandson last night, his request. I ordered the $5 Double Chalupa box. I did switch the crips for nachos. The only change. When I got home, I at the nachos, at the chalupa, then got the taco out. It was almost empty. A smear of brown stuff only halfway across the bottom. Almost the entire shell was touching against itself, it was SO empty. Broken too. This is ridiculous. We went through the drive-thru or I honestly would have thrown a fit inside. What the heck are you teaching these employees? How are they being trained to think that this is ok? You should be ashamed of yourself.

Taco Bell free dorito taco for the stolen base in world series game 1

I just left I ordered the free nacho dorito taco and a regular taco.. I got home they were the same a regular taco... So how many other people are getting screwed by the location. I should have went back up there but wasn't driving back to the bridge city location. This is second time you have missed up the order first time was drive thru but today I went inside, I guess the mgr or shift leader came over to put it in the register the front counter employee put the reg one in and the still screwed it up

Taco Bell taco salad

I went to Taco Bell and ordered a beef taco salad, no beans or rice, extra beef. As I was eating i noticed a rancid smell coming from the salad. That night, I woke up sick, throwing up. It was the taco salad because I didnt eat anything else that day. This is the second time I have gotten sick eating at this location. And then my friend reminded me that taco bell has a recall on the beef. I am sure this location did not throw the beef away being recalled, they used it anyway. I have had several friends to get sick after eating their food. We will not make that mistake again.

Had to set and listen while employee Eric H used F...word to YELL at someone in the back. At the same time a young mother was there with 2 small children under 5 and they had to put up with this demeaning act.
It seems odd to me that you have to have a complaint of over 350 char before anything will be done. sounds like you don't care what happens in your stores!

Taco Bell drive thru

I ordered 4 regular soft tacos. The total came to like $9.00 and I was wondering how $1 tacos came to $9. I get to the window and ask the cashier if it's just for 4 tacos she says yes. I'm on my lunch break and have to drive to get there. I get back to work and it's the wrong thing. They gave me 4 supreme tacos and all I asked for were beef tacos. Not supreme. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I was over charged and I can't even eat it because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Thanks Taco Bell. I had to buy another lunch and I'm pissed.

Taco Bell chicken power bowl

Attached is copy of receipt & pictures. Ordered 2 power bowls at drive-thru. Got home, no chicken at all. Tried calling store, no answer, then sounded like fax machine. Tried calling back & got busy signal. Tried again later & reached Crystal. I said I would take 2 replacements. Went back to store with the remains of bowl & the dried glob of beans that were in the bowl. They gave me 2 more bowls, with chicken. Got home, no guacamole and about a teaspoon of beans. It was almost soupy too. Too much sauce. I decided I wasn't going to try a third time. I would at least like a refund of my money. I like Taco Bell & have had the Power Bowl many times at many stores & they were good. They just couldn't get it right at Pendleton. Thank you.

Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap.. sausage burritos.. sausage quesadillas and a sausage flatbread quesadilla

Sausage Crunchwrap was folded to small that could fit in my hand food portion wasn't full filling at all.. sausage burrito was roll to small no portion of any kind.. all my quesadillas wasn't portion at all no ingredients portion right in any of them.. and the sausage flatebread quesadillas wasn't portion either I don't know what kind of food portion or hand folded they was train but this isn't right at all my whole order wasn't full filling at all store 021553 WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN!' this is horrible service to the public that's spending good bit of money on food that they is serving was a very waste of my time goin! VERY ANGRY

Taco Bell phone app

Your new Android app is the worst of all the food apps I've used. I liked it better in the WEB browser. Your app jumps around to different parts of the menu instead of flowing from top to bottom. Went coupons are loaded it removes them if you pick a pickup time out of happy hour which is for drinks not food. It also doubles your order and when you correct the count it removes the free item, not the pay item. Fix the app or go back to the WEB browser order menu.

Taco Bell bad service

Arrived at this location at approximately 715 7:20 in the morning to find not only was the breakfast menu none of it was from dinner last night, sad at drive-through for at least five minutes before driving up to window because nobody was speaking through the speaker. Arrive to the window and had to knock on it for several more minutes just for a lady to tell me I had to drive back around and put my order in even though I asked if I could just order at the window since I was there. Also was told they just got there, well if you open at 7 am you should be able to serve your customers at that time. Went back to drive thru and waited several more minutes and at this point I had to back up my truck and head to work. Terrible experience

Taco Bell the place was filthy

The floors looked like they have never been cleaned. The windows are awful, and nothing has been wiped down. My husband and I went to eat supper and I have never seen it this dirty. It was hard to eat in there not knowing what the kitchen looks like. The service was fine and the food was good. Please try to clean this place up. Thank you for addressing this complaint.

Taco Bell service

I pulled up to the order box at 3:02PM, watched all of the cars in front of me receive their orders. At 3:15 called the store to ask if they weren't taking drive thru orders and the guy just said they're busy. Cars flew past me leaving the drive thru and one even pulled up the window to complain. Now at 3:23 I'm finally ordering my "fast food" that is literally going to make me late for work. This entire experience was completely unacceptable

Taco Bell food/ service

I've been 4 times on my lunch break at work and every single time I went my food was either wrong and by the time i got to work I just noticed it and couldn't go back because lunch was over. Everytime a different person served me and they were all equally rude to be. Chunking my bag at me my food taste like it was made last week. This is very unacceptable. I ask for sauce and I either get 0-1 packets
