Taco Bell review: horrible and rude customer service

As we all know today is Christmas Eve and we are all trying to get home to be with family. With that being said we stopped on our way home to have dinner shortly before 5pm tonight to eat and dinning room was closed. That was fine, we got in the long line and waited patiently our turn to the window to order. We arrived at the window at 5:28 for some young kid to tell us they were closed and would not be taking anymore orders. After waiting for 30 mins in line I don't feel this was handle correctly. To make it worse when I asked the cashier his name and his mangers name so I could write it down he asked me if I wanted him to tell me 5 more times. He keep giving me different names. He thought he was quite funny. I will follow though with him be disrespectful as I don't tolerate it from my own children much less some one else's. I hope this matter will be address in a timely manner. I do look forward to hearing for you.
He said his name was George Morris and his manager was Cornell
