Taco Bell review: money lost

Went through the drive thru this evening at the location above. Paid with a $50 bill. My amount due was $5.80. When the employee was handing me my change, a $20 bill stuck her glove and blew away. We looked for over an hour for the money. I talked to the manager on duty and he said there was nothing he could do. So my $5.80 meal cost me $25.80! This is unacceptable. So because the money blew out of the employees hand in transition I have to suffer and sacrifice by losing $20!?!? What can be done about this? I am beyond mad!
