On 11/07/2019 at 8pm we went to the Taco Bell for food. As we pulled in all of the lights were turned off. It was only 8pm. We entered the drive through anyway and the lights were turned back on. The sounds coming from the Taco Bell was a bunch of screaming and laughing from employees. When we reached home with our order our food was cold to the touch. i was so excited when Chef Lorena Garcia made changes to your menu but we will not be eating at a restaurant that is not run correctly. With the behavior we observed I would worry about food poisoning since employees are not taking their jobs seriously. Our local Next Door app is full of complaints. I intend to enter an extremely low Yelp rating. Your issue at this location is obviously poor and ineffective management.
