Taco Bell review: drive thru closed.

Went tonight to get dinner.. it is 92° outside and I had the dog in my car. Pulled up to speaker and was informed they had no Drive thru service tonight but I could go in and order thru "the kiosk". So from the sound of it no people at counter either. Too hot to leave dog in car so had to drive elsewhere for dinner... not a Taco Bell.. didn't know this was a one off or new policy.
