Taco Bell review: business not opened for breakfast even though hours state that they are opened for breakfast

I stopped by the taco bell in Brevard NC on Sunday October 27 at 9:33 to pick up dinner. However when I pulled into the location I noticed all the lights were off but there was still 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. I assumed they were employee cars. As I approached the door I noticed a sign that had been posted (I have a picture of the sign ) and it read we are currently experiencing a lady bug problem in our lobby. We are dealing with the issue promptly and we apologize for any inconvenience.- management. I thought this was odd because the very next morning as I drove by there were cars in the drive through so I thought hmm well I guess they fixed that issue quickly. Secondly I attempted to stop by the same location this morning 11/08/19 at 07:30 a.m. in hopes of getting my son breakfast before school. However, as I pulled in yet again there was 1 car in the parking lot in which 2 of the employees were sitting in and as I pulled in I noticed there were no lights on so as I pulled up to the speaker I was informed on truck days they cant open until they receive the truck and get the food put away. I am informing you of these 2 occurrences in hopes that this will be addressed and not become a reoccurring issue.
