Taco Bell customer service, inappropriate employees

I came through drive thru at Taco Bell in Bedford Indiana (zip 47421) no later than 2:50 am. Assuming that the restaurant is still open according to business hours (Friday night til 3:00 am) I decided to attempt to see if I would still be served. Upon driving into the parking lot, all of the employees were by the front door smoking and seeing me pass them, they flipped off me and the others in my vehicle as well as making some rude remarks. Examples; "don't come in so [censored]ing late" "were closed you [censored]es"
Regardless of the remarks I stayed at the drive thru from 2:50 until 3:00 hoping the employees would still serve us even though they'd prefer to be closed.
Not only did I waste my time, but unfortunately mine and others before me had to take our business else where. I love our local Taco Bell, and have been supporting the new management more and more. The service has been excellent these last couple of months. But tonight was way over the top. I understand if the employees want to close early and be clocked out at 3:00 on the dot, but that gives them no reason to verbally assault loyal customers. Your employees tonight were pitiful and will not be respected by the public if that's the normal behavior they decide to portray.

Taco Bell bad food

My pregnant wife and I ordered 2 burrito supremes that had literally no meat and a few hard tacos that had very little meat. Everything was just cold and just a liquid mess. This was by far the worst food we have ever received from your establishment. We order from here often and it's always been hot and tasty by the time we get home (we live 4 miles away) but not tonight

Taco Bell nacho fries

Today when I got home with my drive through order of nacho fries and nacho supreme, my cup of nacho fries was half full! After waiting almost 15 minutes for such a small order I couldn't believe it. I was so excited that they are back but do you only get half of what you are supposed to? I wish I knew it wasn't worth the money if I am not going to receive more than 10 fries. I have never been so disappointed

Taco Bell drinks & employees

The Taco Bell in Sumter sc on broad st never has the right drinks they always say they out the you ask for tea they say it's not ready yet they never have all your food in bag there employees working the window are always rude they never have a name tag on so you can report them something needs to be done I love Taco Bell but I reather drive to the one across town to get food

Taco Bell drive through order

I just got home from picking up food from the drive through and realized my order was wrong. Not only was the quesoritto completely left out, but they got my power bowl order wrong after confirming the order three times and with a second person. I tried to call the restaurant and all I am getting is a dial tone. I am very disappointed with Taco Bell right now.

Taco Bell the service

Hi my name is Dominique Duchane and i would love to let you know you store located on W Northwest Hwy in dallas tx ...it was rude for no one to help me when i walked in the crew just looked at me. i was waiting for about 3 minutes there was no one in line but me ...there was a crew member sitting at the table with a customer i guess it was they family member im not sure but i thought it was rude not to help a customer you see walks in you store...have a nice day

Taco Bell food/wait time

What I ordered came out wrong. The cashier fixed part of it but not all. The wait time was unacceptable. They're we about 5 other customers still waiting on food ahead of me when I ordered. Two of those customers orders were wrong. Everyone in the back preparing was to busy talking instead of trying to get the food out. The window was also backed up.

Taco Bell taco bell

Hello, I went to Taco Bell in Cambridge galleria mall... I was charged $2.59 for a soda... when on your site it shows $1.99 and I was charged $2.29 each for soft taco supremes when I ordered 4 soft tacos with cheese and meat and that's what I got... on the website it was $8.44 but when I got the food it was $15.00 I talked to the person who gave me it and they said it was right I shouldn't have been kept the food... I am silly I don't like losing money...

Taco Bell cashier, manager, food

Visited around 4 pm. Cashier didn't know how to work the register. Tried to pay 10 in cash and rest on my card. Manager got called over and still messed it up charged me 1 in cash then put the rest on my card and still tried to tell me it was 10 in cash I owed. Food was gross . Chilli cheese burrito had no cheese and was hard. Waited to receive a freeze for 20 min after I had received my food. Tables and floor were dirty and sticky. Employees looked as if to be on drugs falling asleep and not talking correctly. Over all it was a horrible experience. Will not return!

Taco Bell nacho fries

The container had 15 small fries in it. The box looked like someone ate half of them. I am very disappointed. The fries are cold and old. I understand it's a $5 box but I'm use to them being full and fresh, this is cold and stale. If they were out they should have never served it. I used my spurge day (cheat day) to be disappointed and to trash my box.
Very dissatisfied customer. I work at the health department right across the street so the food should have never gotten cold.

Taco Bell nachos

Went to drive thru at 4661 jonesboro rd. in union city, ga. on 7/10/18 about 9:30p.m. to order nachos supreme, was told they were out of nacho cheese. Ok things happen. Went back this evening 7/11/18, same store, same time to order same and was told they had no nacho chips. What's up? Maybe need to see what or who the problem is. Go all the way there with what you want in mind twice only to be disappointed twice.

Taco Bell continued poor service and quality of product

For some odd reason, my order is wrong just about every time I go there. Orders are usually basic and easy for their employees to comprehend, but they just can't get it right. And it's not just me either. It's my wife, my kids, friends, neighbors...pretty much everyone I know has had an issue with this particular Taco Bell. I've called to complain several times(not as much as I should have) and the managers are usually snippy and confrontational. Then they say, "let us know next time you come through and we'll make up for it". Bad thing is that the food is always bad when I go back. A taco doesn't consist of a little meat, two strings of cheese, and a piece of lettuce. Really guys, your company has reached an all time low in my book. My family and I have decided to avoid Taco Bell permanently, due to the CONSTANT poor quality and service. I know others near me feel the same way. We have other mexican cuisine options nearby, that actually care what their customers are consuming. Could your company start giving applicants an IQ test before employment? That might help turn things around a bit...well maybe.

Taco Bell everything

Firstly, your board says you have two things that apparently you were out of. One, was the naked chicken Chalupa, the other was a combo meal. It's still on the board, and I was not given any other option, other than recommending the nachos. That was super helpful, not. The employee forgot I was there, and even admitted to it, his name was Justin. He didn't offer anything in exchange for everything going wrong in this trip, and the food was cold. It look like it was premade and was sitting there. The sour cream tasted like it was about to expire, there was something just wrong about it. The cheese from the tacos was all over the bottom of the bag. Oh, and when I mention that he should probably change the sign, he said that they were planning on doing it tomorrow. Apparently it's not important enough to do it now. Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. And I hate tomatoes. I was not able to finish that, and that's part of my dinner. Also, there was barely any cheese in the roll ups, way less than there usually is. He also tried giving a drink to me, which wasn't even mine. And he wouldn't of even realized if I didn't say it wasn't mine. This is an even the first time that the board has been wrong, you should really keep an eye on that. You're missing forming your loyal customers, Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. I'm sure that the McKnight location doesn't have the naked chicken Chalupa sign still up, if they don't have it anymore, as well as the combo deals, which he didn't even say was going to change. Just that it was going to be left up to misinform your customers.

Taco Bell service

I go to your KFC-Taco Bell combo restaurant on RT 50 in Easton, Md. several times per week on my lunch break. First off I love your food, no complaints there. My complaint is about your drive thru line. I sat in line today for 25 minutes, I timed it. This has happened to me over and over again at this location. Staff is always friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. I have pulled out of line before and went to Wendy's up the street as they are very quick, even with a long line. Anyway, I am not one to write complaints to companies, but something has to be done at that location to improve the drive thru conditions. Thank you for reading my comments, I hope to see improvement in the future.

Taco Bell assistant manager

I work for taco bell in upper sandusky ohio and our assistants manager is so disrespectful to her employees her name is Felicia she constantly berates people her recently a new employee started and it was his first day she walked over to him and literally told him off in such a disrespectful manor..you can be a manager and still be nice to people to tell them to get back to work..she wasn't even talking to me but had me so mad that I just wanted to walk out..a month earlier an employee got sick of her and did walk out..I don't know if she is bipolar and alcoholic or what seems she is always sick..but needless to say something has to be done about her

Taco Bell rude service

YOUR CREW HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES DRAGGING YOUR COMPANY IN SHAME! Kindly say to them the GOLDEN RULE "DON'T DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS DO UNTO YOU" and don't be so desciminative! We are just a customer, who will peacefully wanted to eat they are just laughing at us. Picture that attached here is the set up here i don't have the actual picture or video just a heads up. Your crew here is rude! And take note you manager also is laughing at us!

Taco Bell service

I went to the Taco Bell on GLENWAY AVE. in Bridgetown (Cincinnati), Ohio on July 11th at approximately 1:08am.
I placed my order for $20 worth of food. I paid and received my order and drove home, which is on the other side of Cheviot near Westwood. Upon arriving home with food for my family, one persons entire order was not there!
So, I brought my receipt and drove all the way back to Taco Bell. I got back there at about 1:28am. When I pulled up to the order speaker I started to explain that the main part of my order was missing, but she stopped me and said "pull around to the window"
When I pulled around, the girl that was at the window now, nonchalantly continued filling soda cups and talking to other employees for 2 minutes before she opened the window to ask about my order. She asked to see my receipt, I(foolishly) gave her my receipt, she asked if I had the rest of the food, at which I said no, I left the food that WAS there with those who wanted to eat there food "hot"!
She shut the window and was talking to some of the other employees.
After a few minutes, she gave me the missing part of my order from 30 minutes ago! And said, "there ya go" and I asked for my receipt back and she said, "you got your order, whats the problem?" I replied, "I want my receipt back!" she then said, "well, I threw it away!" I asked for the receipt again and she repeated that she threw it away! and then called the other employees over and another girl said, "sorry, your receipt got thrown in the garbage!" I said, "well get it out, I want it!" she stated that she was not going to get it out of the garbage and that I needed to move because there were other customers waiting. I said I wanted my receipt or a complaint number, and they started giving me the daytime phone number for that location, which is just the run around.
I told them I wanted the complaint number and they said, "Google it! " and then threatened to call the police if I didnt leave!
What a horrible and disappointing experience! A group of rude, disrespectful and dishonest employees that not once apologized for totally skipping part of the order, which was on the receipt but was not waiting when I came back, so they were likely never even made! And the employees at that store, at that hour, were deceptive and dishonest, and then discourteous about their "cover up" on top of that!
What a sorry bunch of "representatives" for Taco Bell on the western side of Cincinnati, and there's only one!

Taco Bell bugs

I was in the bathroom today and I looked at the ground and noticed bugs. I immediately left the store because I don't think it's alpropriate that there's bugs in a work place where food is being handled. Absolutely disgusting. I also think that this probably should be resolved immediately because it is unfair to people to come into shuch a place and have to worry about bugs.

Taco Bell racist woman

People boycott this place. An employee named Tina Watson is very disrespectful and racist. Today while my brother towed a vechile from a wreck on Pine St, this lady walked outside her job (Taco Bell) during her shift to insult him. It all started when my brother pulled in to the parking lot as he was directed by the officer on the scene. When my brother got down from the tow truck, Watson asked him if he had hit her car while parking. He said, "No, why would you think I hit it?" Watson said, "Because you are illegal, you all are illegal, go back home. Trump deport them, Trump deport them!" My brother just starred at her and said "Ok"...
This [censored] is crazy! When did it become ok to do this? He was in no way bothering you. Someone that is just doing their job. This lady should not only be fired immediately, she shouldn't be hired in any place where she will interact with people. I mean, I'm talking about a grown [censored] woman acting like an ignorant animal. They call us animals, yet they behave like so. This is pathetic. This is what America has become. This is what that stupid president has done to society. They think they are better and greater than God. He does not like ugly ma'am. That behavior won't get you far.

Taco Bell customer service

Taco Bell corner of Ganson and West Ave, Jackson, MI. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Average wait time is 7 minutes. I have been in line for over 20 minutes sometimes. Most of the time the employees are stoned. They have red glazed eyes and can barely form sentences. They are always messing up my order or forgetting something. I never complain, because I have worked in customer for over 30 years. Tonight a young gal in the drive thru says hey, not can I take your order. I start my order with no sound from her, so I am wondering if she is there. Then after a long pause she says is that it. I asked her to repeat it to make sure she heard me at all. Then she buffs in the speaker and with a huge attitude she repeats it back. Then as I pull up she yells out to the next car wth an attitude "Can I take your order" the lady in the car looked at me like she was in shock. I finally get up to the window after another long wait. The girl just blurts out my total with no smile. I gave her my money. With another huff and puff she hands me my change without saying anything. Then slams the window. I wait for another 2 or 3 minutes. She hands me a bag without another word and she went to close the window. I asked her for mild sauce. She says we are out. With all her attitude and poor service I drove off without realizing she forgot the drink that I paid for. I believe her name is Taylor. The only reason I ever go back there is the other 2 branches are out of my way.
