Taco Bell - unethical behavior

As of 11:00 pm yesterday night I am no longer an employee of the Taco Bell on 1220 East 1st Ave in Broomfield CO. I have never seen management ignore so many peoples basic workers rights in my entire life. There is no structural organization in this establishment and I could only last three days. I was a brand new employee on Thursday of this week. I was supposed to come in for a 4 hour learning shift. I was then asked to stay until 3 am on my first day when I got there at 5pm. Last night, on the 23rd, a manager came in and made a statement saying that he had requested not to come in that day because he had been coughing up blood the entire week but was unable to get time off to go see a doctor. The general manager told him to find a replacement manager or continue his shift. He found one and switched with her. The manager who came in was an 18 year old shift leader with a swollen tongue, a 104 degree fever, and a doctors note. Her basic right to be allowed time off with a sick note was ignored and I realized this establishment and perhaps the entire franchise is a poor excuse for a company. I am ashamed at how this business is being allowed to be run and I would hope someone would do something about it. Fire the general manager and give these employees someone they can trust.

I ordered at drive thru 8 taco supremes it had, no sour cream no tomatoes, my worst experience ever from Taco Bell, when I called the store and asked to speak to a manager when manager game on I asked who was I speaking with and she would not give me her name.she started to ask me for my name and being very rude, , I would like a call back from store owner, my numbers is 9082474173

Taco Bell - service

When I was making an order I was informing the representative how I wanted one of my meals with soft tacos instead of the hard crunchy tacos. Somewhere between the lines, the representative who works at Taco Bell caught an attitude. She was beyond rude to me. I understand we have problems in our daily lives. But you should not take it out on a customer. Let alone someone trying to explain what they want to purchase. I felt struck ordering my food as if it was a wrong thing to do. But I did not feel as if it were right to order a meal with hard tacos when I do not like hard shell tacos. I believe management needs to overlook their staff, that attitude I received today was uncalled for. Plus I realized the woman never gave me my receipt so I can't include the name or employee number.

Taco Bell - product and service

When to taco bell in claxton ga order two beef griller they was tore all apart when I took them back up there they girl that cook them came up an put her hand all on them an said nothing wrong with them eat them .Then a young man came up an said I will have her cook you two more . With her manner there no way I will eat what she will cook just give me a refund for them. The manager finley came up an said you not getting a refund didn't ask what happened an was as rude as the cook when I ask her name she refused to give her name they are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with .

After further consideration I wish to withdraw my remarks. They may have been rude and inconsiderate. The complaint may have been written by someone who is, in today's vernacular, challenged in some way.

If udderwise, I half too wondur if dey still teech English composition in the scools.

Taco Bell - rude disrespectful worker improper order

Went to Taco Bell last night ordered a taco box. Asked for no lettuce. Received lettuce on all them also there was sour cream. Went home saw the messy tacos which isn't the first time they have made a mistake with my orders. Went back wouldn't fix my tacos and told basically told me that it was my problem since I left with my order and told me to enjoy my tacos. TALK ABOUT RUDE.

Taco Bell - rudeness and poor service

Taco Bell, Calumet Av Hammond, IN
At approx 1:45 AM on Friday 6/22/18 I placed an order totaling $8.04 at the drive-up for:
1-steak taco
1-nachos extra cheese
1-bean burrito, extra cheese, no onion
1-regular bean burrito

After getting my order, since my friend and I drove 2 separate vehicles I went to my friends car to divide the food. We found that the order lacked the one regular bean burrito. I walked up to the window and told the lady the problem. She stated that she wanted to see the original bag. Note that it was raining heavily. I returned with the bag and after a long wait in the rain and before the bag was even examined, I was handed the missing bean burrito. Obviously they figured out that they had shorted us a item. As I returned to the cars the original bag as well as I were soaked from the heavy rain. Thus weakened from the rain, the paper bag broke spilling the contents. Needless to say I was pissed.
Since my friend had previously worked at the same owners franchise and seeing that I was totally incensed. She insisted that she would now go to the window to complain. As she very calmly and politely registered her complaint she had the window slammed shut on her.

Taco Bell - nine times out of ten, when I order something from this particular taco bell establishment something is wrong when I get home! very pissed!

As I stated above, the Channel Islands blvd, Port Hueneme Taco bell, consistently fails to get my order right. Understandably, things happen sometimes when its busy, so I can let a few times slide...not anymore! This location is the worst I've ever witnessed in any fast food establishment. We enjoy eating your food on occassion, but when we get home and our food is wrong over and over again it becomes a big problem! I have worked in food service all my life, not fast food, but big resturants and if I was an employee like the ones in this location I would have been fired long ago. In this particular visit to this locations drive thru, my fiance was the only car in line. We ordered a total of 4 items, a drink would make it 5. The only modification in the entire order was no lettuce in the burrito! Besides the ordering processes, payment, and getting our food took over 15 mins...mind you we were the only ones in line and inside was sparse. They even forgot to give us our 1 drink! We had to ask for it after they said ok thanks bye...now lets be real! The receipt said no lettuce, and we open up the burrito when we get home and the entire thing is engulfed in lettuce! Now this is one instance. There have been many more. All at the same location. It becomes a concern that the hiring process and becoming a manager there is a joke and everyone is an idiot and they dont give a shit! Pardon my language. I have told people if you go to this location you better go over every single item and open everything bc it will be wrong. I have even asked the guy handing me my order before if everything is right and have been told to my face yes! Only to get home and its wrong! This isnt brain surgery and there are serveral people the order goes through to get to me and no one every catches the issues before distributing it. There obviously is a problem. Either the people that are hired are idiots, the cooks dont care and cant read, or the training is sub par and even the manager has little to no management skills. It's at the point of not going there again and telling my friends to not go to this location ever. It's very upsetting after a long day, that we chose to eat at your chain and are disappointed once getting home almost everytime! How would you feel, for instance hating lettuce and your entire burrito is full of it and you throw it away and have nothing to eat. Wasting money and time! Please get this stores shit together bc its embarrassing.

Taco Bell - customer service and unsanitary conditions

My husband and I are very disappointed. We went to the taco bell in festus mo every time we go there they never get our food right. Tonight we went and one of the employees had his hands in his pants and refused to wash them after I said something. They sent him on break instead and he gpt in line and ordered food. Still didnt wash them... So gross if ypu ask me! There was like maybe 10 people there and all of them were standing around talking instead of working. They didnt get our order right at all. My hisband ordered steak nachoes and he never recieved them. All they would give us is free cunnamon twists. Im not a very happy customer and will be going else where for now on. The workers never smile either. This place is a disaster and we will end up going some where else for now on. Its ridiculous!

Taco Bell - big beef burrito and three beef tacos

I went through the drive thru at the Taco Bell in North Lauderdale, Florida. Store on Rock Island Road near Mcnab. The service was fine, but the minute I rolled up my car window the food I'd received smelled like it was spoiled. I had not touched the food. I needed to stop at a Walgreens nearby to pick up something very quick. I left the bag in my car. I was gone maybe 5 minutes and when I returned my car smelled horribly of rotten food. I immediately went back to theTaco Bell. I parked to go inside. As I stepped out of my car the air around the store smelled like sewage. Inside the store it smelled just as bad of sewage. I received my money back with no problem but I felt like the employees knew there was a problem with the food. I have now been traumatized and don't know if I will ever go to that store again or go through the drive thru where you really can't smell your surroundings. This food could have made me and my family very sick!

Taco Bell - filthy conditions

Hello I was just at a taco bell location in Hendersonville north Carolina. They had sewage coming out of the floor in the bathrooms going into the dining are and toilets full of feces and urine overflowing and flooding the bathrooms. They only decided to clean it after I threw a fit and complained about the unsanitary conditions. There were families with children eating that food and with the building having that much filth, the food I can only assume, was contaminated as well. I will no longer be eating at taco bell. Taco Bell - customer service

It was 6:30pm on a Thursday, June 21st when my boyfriend and I arrived in the North Hills Village Mall Plaza where a taco Bell is. Everyone time I go to this one I'm always disappointed because the service is awful, however my boyfriend really wanted it. I even told him this one sucks and told him to be prepared. So we walked in and saw 4 people standing around. I wasn't sure if any one needed to order before us so I took a minute to look at the menu. The cashier; a young male early 20s by the name of Maliek was standing there at the register not asking if we were ready or anything. He did not even acknowledge us or look at us. This irritated me so I asked him if everyone else ordered and he just nodded and said yeah. Again, im even more irritated now because he had said nothing to us. We ordered 5 tacos and 1 quesadilla at exactly 6:35. We got our receipt, got ourselves a table and literally waited for 20 minutes to get our food. Im not sure if they were low staffed, lazy or if they're just incompetent. The management at this location really needs to step up their game or move on because it's been like this for months. Anytime I go through the drive thru, they are rude and we wait 20 minutes to get "fast food" . I love your food but I won't be returning to that one ever again.

June 21 2018 stop at the Stock Hill Dr Taco Bell service was ok went through the drive through with my family parked in parking lot to eat after a few minutes the store manager comes out and a couple of cars from us jumps in cussing about something and proceeds to smoke pot the smell was coming right towards us so I confronted her and asked if she could put that out it is drifting into my car with my kids inside.She very rudly said this is my break I'll do as I please.

At about 7:20 p.M. On wednesday I noticed a missed call on my cell phone of a number I did not recognize so I called it back. As soon as it was answered, by the manager at taco bell, she began to scream and yell at me including cussing about how I had been prank calling them for the last 15 or 20 minutes. I thought possibly I pocket dialed them by accident...

Taco Bell - was told they were understaffed and turned away at 9 pm

On a long trip from New York to Illinois stopped at a Taco Bell just outside Sandusky Ohio. It was around 9 pm and the the sign outside said open til 11pm. We were turned away because they said they were understaffed and couldn't wait on us. We were off the highway about 10 minutes then had to backtrack with no food and not many other opportunities down the highway.

Went to Taco Bell south in Marion, IN 46953 was told that if we did not have the correct change or debit card they could not take our order this was at 7:15 7:30 PM on Thursday, June 21, 2018 . Had to drive to other end of town to the North store told them and placed my order with them just how can you run a store like that? Store was very dirty as well!

Taco Bell - order was served to wrong person, then employee proceeded to come over and give it to me when another person has touch the food.

Asked to spk w/ manager and manager Salina told front counter person to tell me she was busy it lunch rush and she will get to me when she can. That is bad customer service for a manager to tell her to tell me. If your a manger you stop and you take care of the customer. She finally came out and I said no I did not want to talk to her I had already filed a complaint. with the company. I told her it was bad customer service and her customers pay her paychecks. She informed me she would get paid no mater what. She is rude and we have had several bad experiences with this manager. She needs training in customer service.

Taco Bell - general sucky experience

Music was so loud, husband and I were shouting at the employee taking our order. Tables were sticky and floor was dirty. Soda machine didn't work. Checked order to find it done incorrectly. Walked back in to find what I'm assuming is the manager leaning against the counter talking to employees, not even aware I was there. A food prep employee approached, I told him there were ingredients included that shouldn't be, he argued with me. I went to show him my receipt that it was ordered correctly, he didn't look at it, took the wrong items and threw both my receipt and food away. Food was prepared correctly 2nd time. Website doesn't work to contact.
