Customer service
Store says close at 1AM. We (group of 10. 4 separate vehicles)walk to the door. The lady says dine in closed but the drive through is open. So we get in our vehicles go to the drive through and they only take 1 of our “groups” vehicles order. We get to order. They laugh and say sorry we are closed when they just told us 1 MINUTE prior that the drive through was open. Very unprofessional. They saw ALL 10 OF US! and only take 1 PERSONS order (he was driving solo) and laugh about it. We was IRATE. LOOK back on the cameras. You’ll see
Food was missing and the food I received was incorrect.
I placed an order on the Taco Bell app on Saturday night: 10-28-2023. My order number is: 904479 Total I was charged: $15.71 When I pulled up to the window to pick up my order I looked in the bag to check my order and was told that they were out of: Black beans, rice, nacho cheese and lettuce! Shortage on order
I went thru the drive thru at Taco Bell 020784, 8433 Sierra College Blvd in Granite Bay, CA today, 10/24/2023, and upon arrival at my destination 6 miles away (round trip), I noticed that I was short one chzy been and rice burrito. I paid for 3, but received only 2. My order number is/was 96f427 and the cashier was Luke A.
With the price of gas, it was not in my favor to return to the location to complain so I figured I would call to speak to a manager, but no one would answer the phone. I also tried calling the company at [protected], but no one answered that phone either. I would appreciate some compensation for this inconvenience.

The store is disgustingly dirty - floors, tables, windows, bathrooms, doors. PLEASE have them do something! When it first opened u, it was always clean. What happened? If they don’t have enough help for the lobby, then close it. We like Taco Bell, but please encourage employees to clean, even if they can only clean 1-2 tables at a time. Go to drive through only. I recently went to the Taco Bell on Rollins Rd in Round Lake Beach and again was disappointed. Every time I go to Taco Bell and get the Hard Shell tacos by the time I get them home to eat them the bottom of the shell is soggy and falling apart. The shell is moist and sticks to the wrapping and when trying to remove the taco from the wrapping it falls apart.

Today (10/08/2023), we went to 512 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002, Taco Bell to get our dinner. We are the regular customer to this Taco Bell. Before and all they used to give us good food and warm food but this time the people who are working there are very careless in their service and the food we got was very cold and we couldnt even eat that. We went and asked the people inside who are serving about our order, they didnt even respond properly to us. The contents inside each and every order was very very less. The money we spent where we liked to eat gone total waste.
As a customer what will we expect from all the shops? The quality and the quantity they provide, the good response and mainly the warm and hot food. But we are very very disappointed today.
Please they have to improve moving forward in all the aspects.
Desired outcome: We want the refund for the amount we spent today. Have attached the bill for which we have ordered today.
Who are you to tell me to return the food? What the hell service is from Taco Bell? They should be ashamed to do the service like this by not satisfying the customers what they want. Without even having the proper reviews they are like this. Worstest review Taco Bell has. They must close the shop forever.
refund on two orders not received
i have sent an email after waiting months on two orders refunds. I filled out all the questions asked in the email. I have yet to receive my refunds for two orders, and have decided to no longer order Taco Bell until two refunds are received. This is getting to the point I would like to contact the legal department about my $83. The orders were $41 and $42, two separate orders. Last night 09/28/2023 I placed a Taco Bell delivery order through Doordash, The food was some of the worst I have ever had, not just stone cold but the tacos were soggy they completely felt a part and had to be eaten with a fork. They tasted like they may have been left over from earlier in the day or maybe the day before, they were discussing. One thing is for sure, not that Taco Bell will care, I will never eat at a Taco Bell again as long as I live. The quality of the food coming out of the Dunkirk, MD store is so bad I can't find words that would do justice to the honorableness food being served. What I got for my $38 was garbage.
