Taco Bell

On September 23rd 2023 at 1:44 am, I came through the drive thru Taco Bell store number 029060. 5201 Bobby Hicks Highway Gray, Tn 37615. I ordered two beefy burritos and two soft shell taco's no lettuce. Cashier taking orders was so rude hateful disrespectful. When I got home my husband and I were sitting down to eat. I opened my beefy melt Burrito. And there was some kind of clear liquid sticky liquid all over taco inside and out of wrapper. I call store and spoke to manager. Once again rudeness came into play. Manger tried to make excuses maybe it was sour cream. I took food back and it was remade. After rudeness and not willing to. The manger on duty refused to come to window. I ask for manger name. Cashier working window said she didn't know it. I was finally told Dane. But still no manger came to window.
