I recently went to the Taco Bell on Rollins Rd in Round Lake Beach and again was disappointed. Every time I go to Taco Bell and get the Hard Shell tacos by the time I get them home to eat them the bottom of the shell is soggy and falling apart. The shell is moist and sticks to the wrapping and when trying to remove the taco from the wrapping it falls apart.
Desired outcome: Use different wrapper or increase quality of taco shell.
