Taco Bell review: Taco party pack and nacho deluxe box

Dear Management:

I purchased a Taco party pack as well as a Nacho fries deluxe box on 10/4/23 at 4:41 p.m. from Taco Bell, 031960, 100 E Broadway, Monona WI 53716. It was for a party we were having for the kids.

When I got home, the tacos were only filled with about a spoonful of food and same with the party pack. The kids were hungry and ate them anyway. I called this morning to ask for a refund for the box of tacos since they were $19.49 and the party pack was $9.49. My total was $27.51 with the senior discount. The manager said he needed the food back in order for the refund and I told them I didn't have it as it was for a party for kids and they ate them regardless that there was actually no taco filling in them.

They were very busy when I went there so I believe they just threw a spoonful of filling in and wrapped them quickly. There was nothing to the product and I felt very cheated. I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid. If you would like a copy of the receipt, I can provide that. Please respond to me as soon as possible, otherwise I will do a BBB on this as I do deserve a refund for a product I didn't get.
