Taco Bell

9/28/2023 1:30pm on West Kingshighway location. Construction going on at this location. Sign out front says Drive Thru Open. Cars line up at the drive thru and on the speaker the employee says not taking orders at this time over and over again. I suggested to maybe put a sign out or cone in the dt line so cars will not line up if they are not taking orders at this time. She got very hateful and started screaming at me out of the window. Saying what do you want me to do, I said I just told you what you needed to do so cars do not line up if you are not taking orders. It's common sense. She did not have to yell and be so very rude but she got back the attitude she gave. I will no longer be a customer at that location.
