I am a senior citizen and could no longer afford T-Mobile. I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and to date was satisfied. I had to switch to another server due to cost. I wanted to keep my long time number, but was unable to due to a technical issue. I reset my code with the assistance of the agent. I called T-mobile again to let them know the transfer did not take place, so I need to cancel my T-mobile account. I noticed that the line was still live, so I called again. I got the run-around and the agent tells me that he could not cancel it until the end of the cycle. One of the agents did not document our conversation, but I was told I was still responsible for the balance. If I could afford to pay that amount, I would not have canceled my service. I should not have to pay for someone else's blunder. Can you p.lease look into this
