T-Mobile after looking at my bill before and then when I look at it again I was charged $42.80 for something that was returned 42 managers from other stores corporate stores customer service customer service rep say that they shouldn't have made the story you can show me where I return the item to see the I return the product showed me on the computer screen refund back to original payment. My bank stopped the payment per my request void the authorization for T-Mobile keeps claiming they credit me $42.80. Do you like doesn't show that every time I check it every day and the bill that I'm looking at didn't show that until I went back in there again so they're practicing something that shouldn't be practicing now I see why they're in a lawsuit for their legal activities and I'm a stockholder.

Where are the time I pay my bill with T-Mobile or or business I download this bill statement. Last time I checked my billing statement I didn't have this amount they are at $42.80 to my account saying that I got double credited my bank told me that payment and the preauthorization was voided headphones was never released. T-Mobile home from the office is saying that the store did it when I go to the store, D said it into the show me on the computer screen that refund back to original payment then they anytime you buy something for T-Mobile you want to be 23 want to charge a restocking fee which is wrong. If the box not open this should be the restocking fee. When I called customer service the lady just kept saying your service will be interrupted if I don't pay the $42.80 which is past due I called back and get the other lady locked she was more courtesy and understood where I was coming from she checked and she said that the $42.80 is manually input it they're saying that he was double credit I wasn't double credit my bank stop the payment but T-Mobile took it on themselves to add $42.80 to my bill would it never showed up and see Life and everything else shows up in T life app but this never showed up I check my bill didn't show $622.and some odd cents before when I went back to check again it showed $622 and some odd cents because they added $42.80 which I was never double credited T-Mobile corporate office credit my account $42.80 with a [censored] enough credit Mike account $42.80 that when you try to speak to customer service she can barely understand them because they're in a foreign country or foreign language. Did you wanna start an argument with you over the phone and I explain to them I am a stockholder T-Mobile. You're not supposed to argue with the customer and especially a customer who is a stockholder she hung up I called today. The Spanish guy was very rude. Then I called ask for a supervisor he tries to over talk me I ask for a supervisor I get the supervisor and the supervisor is acting like I'm an idiot as a stockholder and T-Mobile. I'm definitely gonna get to the bottom of this because T-Mobile is in a lawsuit right now. I said I was with Verizon for 15 years. With Verizon at least you knew how their customer service was but you idiots and they're doing all this hitting fees with Verizon. I've been with T-Mobile for five years they're gonna make me leave and go to Spectrum and I've been with Spectrum for longer than I've been with Verizon or T-Mobile T-Mobile practicing in billing should stop the user T Life app to inform you of everything. Five corporate stores looked at my bill. They said they shouldn't have done this. This is all coming for managers.
