I cant get a hold of anyone. Only on virtual. After calling 4 numbers and they tried to send me to collections. which I dont have a bill because i just started.Finally got someone to call me. 2 hrs later. which was little english. So frustrating. I need an address label to send equipment back. And cant get amyone to do that. Sick of their customer service. What happened to talking to a live person.

Recommendation: NOT
