Synchrony customer is a ghost, and provides zero to none is ability to contact the bank and address issues. They applied deferred interest to military during the government shutdown, agreed to extend deferment period, and if paid off to remove applied interest. Now they are impossible to get a hold of to clear and close account.

Their AI is crap and cannot resolve issues. Their Live Chat contacts you at 2am when you’re asleep.

This a legalized loan shark! Their accreditation should be removed and should not be allowed to operate!

Recommendation: Never get involved with this bank!!!
