SunTrust Banks review: customers service 1

I open account with SunTrust bank on January 15th2020 and I called SunTrust bank to find out what was going on with my account I get told that SunTrust bank was closed my account after the day I open it I provide them all the information correct and everything they rep told that they sorry that this happened I was I had more information on why I'm like what the hell I do SunTrust bank needs to be investigated and go out of business for good because they shouldn't allow people to open account on false promises
