I went into my local SunTrust bank to conduct business. Usually a very happy friendly homely branch, well today it was an absolute disgrace! I walked in, chatted with a fellow customer only to over near the MANAGER talk to her employees In the most disgraceful and disrespectful way I have ever heard. A conversation that should not have been heard by anyone but who was in that office. The manager was talking to her employees about bathroom breaks. Stating how they take "too many" and even demanded them to take fewer. I even heard a comment from her telling her employee to wear a diaper. Now I don't know how big of a deal this truly even is, but it's embarrassing for the poor teammate who had to be reprimanded for a natural human function, to walk out and make eye contact with me knowing well that I heard everything that was said. This is not the first time I have seen this manager overstep her boundaries and embarrass her teammates in front of the public. Hitting them, and directly making fun of them. I am truly astonished that a company like SunTrust would ever keep someone so hateful and unprofessional. I have already submitted a complaint directly to SunTrust bank but I also have no problem telling others of the improper behavior they allow their "management" to have.
