Subway Customer service and steak and cheese sandwich

I received coupons in the mail for Subway and decided to use them to pick up dinner. There were 2-employees, a male employee and a woman that seemed like the manager. The male employee helped us and he seemed to be quick but not very friendly. I presented my coupons: one was for a meal (footlong, chips and drink) for $7.99. I have a footlong coupon for $5.99 + a coupon for free chips with the purchase of a footlong. Very quickly he said I couldn't use the coupon with the same transaction, so I suggested to make it 2-separate transactions. What he was trying to tell me that I couldn't use the 2-coupons in the same transaction. I didn't understand at first why one coupon could not be used with the other, but the woman approached the register and rudely said the same thing. I didn't pursue the issue and said fine. Then my son's meal was next and asked what size drink can he have. The male employee said, it doesn't say on the coupon so he can have any size. The choice was obvious, he asked for a large. When he started to ring the purchase, he entered the large drink first and the total was not $7.99+ tax, it was now $8.63+ tax and the total was over $9.00. I asked why so much when the coupon is $7.99. The woman again approached very rudely just repeated the price. She said it comes with a small drink. She asked to return the large drink filled with orange soda and handed my son a small cup then rang up the correct price of $7.99+tax. They were both rude and I'm not a happy customer. I will never return to this store again. The steak and cheese sandwich that I tried was not very good at all. First of all, it was pieces of meat that barely looked like steak but I thought I'd try it anyway. Disappointed with the steak sandwich. I suggest to send both of these employees to customer service training.

Subway Rude employee

Four of us walked into the store on sunday 6/5/22 at approx 5:30 pm, there were no customers in the store, I was the second to be waited on, and the server walked to me and said what do you want very rudely having no idea of the process, I selected, an italian hoagie, (thinking I would get what the picture showed) he then I believe asked what kind of bun, I said italian, he asked again, I stated I cant hear you, he then screamed at me 6 inch or 12. When he came to the counter, I asked him is there a problem, he didn't answer me, he never looked at me or any of the four of us, no thank you, come again no apology etc. He had a young boy working with him, maybe 12 or 13, if you wish to follow up, ask him. Three of the four of us are 78, 79 years old, this was my only visit to sub way and my last. You may have a problem here!

Subway Subway not accepting coupons

Heber Springs Ar 72543 both locations not accepting coupons. I understand each location is independently owned in the US. The policy is that each owner decides what rules to follow, and which ones dont need to be followed becomes messey. The service that I receive should be the same from the east coast to the west coast, there should be no more diffrence than a time change. Otherwise one might find themselves eating at Sallys Sloppy Subs with a rented Subway sign.

Desired outcome: The franchise should be the same everywhere otherwise it should not be considered a franchise.

Subway Buy any one footling get one free! Blatant false advertising

My husband went to our local Windsor center, ct subway to use a coupon that clearly stated “buy any footling and get one free”. When the coupon was presented we were informed that you can only use the coupons on select sandwiches, so we were stuck paying full price! This is outrageous and irresponsible advertising shame on Subway! I will no longer buy anything from your stores. I am a former business owner and I have never seen this type of blatant mis advertising before,

Desired outcome: Send me a genuine coupon for a buy one get one free with no deceptive strings attached, I will be happy to send you a photocopy of the coupon that was declined. Outrageous, I do hope you will address this.

Subway Employees at 2nd and central in dtla...

... refused to help an unconscious patron and screamed at the other patrons who helped him out. Then conspired with homeless, tattooed, private security and state actor firefighters and paramedics to retaliate against the patron who helped the unconscious man.

Subway Regarding cold cut sandwich

I was there yesterday and ordered a cold cut sandwich and was charged for a combo and didn't get a combo. A combo is chips and drink not just the sandwich. That is wrong what you guys are doing to people you are over charging. A cold cut only doesn't cost 7.89 no way. You need to treat people right and not mislead for something that it isn't. Subway Tax charged on a gift card purchase

On May 6th, 2022, my husband purchased a gift card from Subway at 30 Pearson Blvd Gardner Massachusetts. He was charged sales tax on this card. I believe gift cards are not taxed until you use them to purchase. He questioned the person serving him and they said that's how they do it. I had a $25.00 purchase with a 1.56 tax. My biggest concern is how many other people have been over charged at this establishment.

Desired outcome: I should get my money returned and some type of fine or future fine for them if they continue to do business like this.

Subway The product

Subway Trion, Ga

Two footlong subs, 1 meatball, 1 cold-cut combo...paid $1.80 more for the meatball sub to be deluxe, there was nothing deluxe about this sandwich or either of the sandwiches. The bread on both sandwiches were old, stale, to narrow to make a decent sandwiches out of and the meatball sub looked as though it had been shifted around and sat on by the time I got. There was barely any toppings and the meatballs were sparingly. I called up to complain about my order and I was told by the one answering the phone, "Call back tomorrow when a manger is on duty I don't have to deal with this!"

and I was hung up on. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone again when I tried to get a district manager's number. Happy Mother's Day to me I guess.

Desired outcome: get a descent crew in there that knows how to put together a descent sandwich or take down all your photos of the sandwiches you represent.

Subway False Advertising

I walk into Subway Douglas Ga to order. The sign clearly shows The Melt Sandwiches. They tell me they don’t have them. I pointed to the sign. She said she doesn’t know what they are. I said they are listed on the app, you can look there. I tried to order from the app- she said it was down. I said it basically the same sandwich just 3x cheese. She said I can’t do that. You can’t sell me a sandwich that is on your app and menu board? She said they ( somebody in the back that I never saw) says she doesn’t know anything about it. Sub shop on every corner here. Won’t be back. I was just in that plaza and thought I would run in and try a melt, some extra cheese just cost you a customer.

Desired outcome: The manager actually be held accountable would be nice. Item be removed from app and menu board at this location or educate your employees and actually sell the item you advertise.

Subway Complaint

We didnt finish order because they were to rude my wife ordered hers the worker was talking spanish to guy behind us and not listing to usshe finally got my wifes sandwhich in the oven and asked me if I wanted a sandwhich too I said yes I do and she was still talking spanish to other guy in line and not paying attention to me and started making guy behind me behind me sandwhich I said what about my sandwhich and she got mean and said I asked you and you said no then she became real mean and said what meat do you want I said chicken she said which one we have 3 differnt ones I said I dont know what the are she sarcastically spread her arms out I said I dont know what the hell all kind they all are and she said im not serving you and the young manager said to leave the store for talking to his employee that way and got [censored]ty with me I told him I would write a review and he said go ahead he reads gets them I told him to get screwed and walked out all three of the wurkers were talking and joking around the whole time we were in the store I didnt finish order so didnt get a receit it was 6445 pullman dr.

Subway Product and service bad

on 4-28-22 @ 3:00pm (pst) I went into the subway store in El Sobrante, ca. I walked to the counter and waited almost 10 min. before a lady walked in the door from outside to help me, so no one was in the store when I entered. I placed an order, which was a coldcut sandwich, ask for swiss cheese, we dont have any cheese is what I was told, well move on and get what I can, I said for mustard and mayo only, the lady laughed at me, I said thats all I want, she make rude and dirty looks at me. I paid and left, sure not going to subway again with service like that.

Subway Not honoring coupons

I recently received coupons in the mail and was happy about that, as my local Subway is very close to my house, and I LOVE the Subway Club. When I got there, I saw a sign that advised "No Coupons" for a list of different sandwiches, which included the Club. My husband and I ended up getting tuna sandwiches, as there were few options left (Cold cut, meatball...) once their list was excluded. Should francisees be honoring coupons with only the exclusions listed on the coupons themselves? (I would like to say that the tuna sandwiches were awesome, though, even though I originally wanted the Club.)

Desired outcome: I would like to see them honor the coupons as they are printed, without additional exclusions, or receive coupons for 2 Subway Clubs at the 2 for $12.99 price, or a free sub. Pamela Roberts 403 S Tennille Ave Donalsonville, GA 39845.

Subway Incorrect order

I ordered a breakfast ham, egg and extra cheese footlong toasted flatbread. They one never put enough extra cheese on it but when I got home 20 mins later I found they forgot the egg. When I called Lexi was very rude and sarcastic towards me and even tried to hang up the phone on me. My mom took over the call to speak to the asst manager mary and she also was rude, wanted me to drive back (20 mins) with the sandwich, to make a new one to drive another 20 mins home.

Desired outcome: They told me to save the sandwich for a week or how ever long and bring it in whenever and they will make a new one once we bring in the bad one

Subway Egift card paid for and never sent

I purchased a Subway gift card for my Father's birthday. I paid $30.00 for it and your company withdrew the funds from my account on 4/12/2022.

The order# is CNDXP6FCWV

It was to be sent to my sister's email address at [protected]@gmail.com.

It never arrived.

I have sent two inquiries to your company by email and they have responded sayiong they would check into it.

Today was my Dad's birthday.

As I stated in my 2nd email to your company earlier today(which they did not respond to), I either want the gift card sent, or my money returned to my account.

I would like a response to this please.

Desired outcome: As stated above, either send the gift certificate to the proper email address mentioned above within 24 hours, or return my money to my account within that same time period.

Subway Do BOGO coupons work?

Why do most subways in the 60007 area won't honor BOGO coupons? We're seniors on fixed income and prices are increasing. Why even bother printing these coupons when most of these franchises won't accept them? Two near us are:

Subway Incorrect order

Store 14217 this is the second time that my order has been wrong there. I don't even have cheese on my sub. I am tried of having to go back to store because no one ever answers the phone. I am attaching photos in the photos you will see what I am suppose to have 1 with chicken American cheese honey mustard x mayo and lettuce 1 with chicken American cheese sweet onion mayo salt and pepper. What I got was chicken lettuce mayo (no cheese or honey mustard) and the other chicken lettuce and mayo (no cheese or sweet onion and had lettuce and was not suppose to). This might be my last time eating at subway.
