Bad expereince with subway associates
02//18/2022 at 5:00pm I witnessed the associate making my sandwich with same gloves he used to handle money and register then saw him do it with next customer. I asked politely if he could make me another sandwich with new gloves and he did. He was polite about it but who knows how may times he used those gloves. I got home and discovered the bread was not fresh and very hard. Then I celled the store and talked to asst manager. I told her the story and she said I can fire him. I said that is not necessary but retraining may be in order and a refund for me. She told me there was nothing she could do and was very dismissive.
Desired outcome: I would like a store credit for the purchase I ate only half the sub.
Customer service
Rude worker short dark haired gal name as angel acted as a devil. Huffy that she could not hide in back. Made me wait in line all tho I was only person there for sandwich. Always says out of meatballs. And disappears when I walk to the sub side to order. I'm a regular and I'm not expected to return. Hopes of removing the lazy worker is obviously not...

My account was hacked and my debit card used to receive an order. It is extremely difficult to actually speak to someone in customer service. when I was finally able to reach someone at corporate, she was extremely rude and obviously did not care. Apparently Subway had been aware for a week that some customer information had been hacked and yet failed to let anyone know. Disgusting! I was a loyal customer, not anymore!
Desired outcome: Refund and let customers know when their private information has been compromised and actually care.
Subway stole my money
On February 10, 2022 I was trying to place an order for two subway sandwiches. with the discount both sandwiches would cost $7.80. I used a card which is a credit card.
It kept saying oops there was an error and go back to the order. This happened several times and no confirmation came through on my email so I knew it didn't go through and assumed no money had been taken out of my account.
So, I finally tried to use another card and again the same issue happened and it kept directing me back to my order because something was wrong with my information.
Finally, after I tried to delete my account so I could start over, but it wouldn't let me delete my account.
So, I tried one more time to order the sandwiches and it finally went through.
Later on, I checked both accounts and was shocked to find out that money was taken out of both accounts. On my credit card account, it showed that the $7.80 had come out twice and on my card that ends with 0683, the amount of $7.80 had been taken out. The $7.80 went through three times for one order.
Desired outcome: I am asking subway to solve this issue and reimburse the two payments of $7.80
Hygiene
On or around Jan. 17, 2022, I visited the Subway in Waterloo, IL. When I went up to order I noticed that no customers OR employees were wearing masks! I asked a worker about it and she said they didn't have to. I was under the impression that all food workers were supposed to wear masks. I don't know if these people are vaccinated or not and they're breathing on my food! I won't be going back.
Desired outcome: All employees should be required to wear masks.
Online order
This morning (Monday, January 31st, 2022) at around 11:12am, I placed an order online for a rotisserie chicken wrap with a 21oz fountain soda and bag of Baked Lays (original). The total came to $14.01 with tax, to be picked up at 12:05pm at the 104 and 106 Marie Avenue location in North Sioux City, SD. After I placed the order online, the website does not take me to the confirmation page, but to the "continue" page as if the order was never placed. However, my Chime debit card was immediately charged for the $14.01, meanwhile my order does not exist and the restaurant has not received it. I do not have the luxury to allow this, and I do not have the time while at work to figure out how to contact someone through customer service. This is not the fault of the location here in North Sioux. Your website has often been problematic, and that is the issue. Fix it. Thanks.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund immediately.
I have a concern of subway coupons not being accepted in Savannah Georgia as I was told by a subway employee on Montgomery Crossroads at 12 noon today, March 8, 2022. If this is the case why are coupons put in the mailboxes by the postal service? Needless to say, I called the corporate numbers listed but there was no one to accept calls. As I had no idea whom he was referring to, I did not respond to him. The other clerk was currently serving a family, which was already ahead of me, so I thought he was referring to the young man who was with his family. The head clerk kept looking at me, so I asked him if he was referring to me. He said, "all I said was pop!". All he said was the most disrespectful approach of any Subway Employee. I placed my order and after he toasted the sandwich, he said "what chu want on it, pop?" I asked him "who are you calling Pop?" I then advised him what I wanted on it, as he was preparing the sandwich, he kept talking under his breath, but it made his coworker look at me and smile. Steak and Cheese and a Chicken Teriyaki protein bowl
I came in subway today to order my food and I told the worker what I wanted and I asked the worker to heat up my steak and she came back with attitude telling that I'm getting it toasted that's beside the point if I asked to heat up my meat before I get it toast cause my meat still be cold and then when she check me out I asked did she put in the fork for my salad and she said with attitude it's already in their she was so rude I told her if it wasn't for the customers she wouldn't have no job and I told her that I was going to called Corporate on her she said that she didn't care she was very unprofessional to the customers she needs to be fired the way she was talking to the customers. I won't be coming back to that subway cause it a way to treat the customers when they are paying your pay check.

No services rendered
I had been calling for 2 hours trying to place an order but no one picked up the phone when I called. I will not be calling that store ever again. So how are phone and online service supposed to work out if only one person is doing it. Like I get the no contact but really no no contact is a bit ridiculous don't you think. I think I'll pass on trying to place an order there.

I am not able to use the promotions since your website doesn't work, I've tried multiple times and my Rewards aren't applying when I am forced to forfeit the promotions and just order at the counter. No one responds to my online inquiries and there doesn't appear to be a phone number to call any more.

Refused to give me my online order twice
So I ordered from subway website and purchased my order with my debit card. When I arrived at the store, they said they didn't have my online order. I showed them my online order off my phone with a order number. They refused to make my sandwich. I showed them my bank account app, showing my subway purchase and still refused to make my sandwich, this was 11/19/21.
So today on my email from subway, it still shows my order number and ready for pickup, I returned to the store, they made my sandwich, I showed them my order number again from email and app and again my purchase from my bank app. They again refuse to give me my sandwich which I had already paid for.
They 3 female staff working were very rude to me and I am not very please. I already paid for my order days ago and just want a refund or my sandwich made..ty.

My Order
I placed an order with Subway of Atoka, TN on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 9.28 PM. I was advised that my order would be delivered at approximately 10:00 PM. At 10:30 PM I called Subway to inquire about my order but no one answered the phone. I did not receive my order and did not have anything to eat that evening as a result as the few local stores that were open when I placed the order were closed at 10:30 PM.

I ordered a BLT footlong Pro on Italian herbs and cheese, with pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, Mayo, salt&pepper. I got a bottled drink and 2 cookies. And after getting home I open it up for it to be a regular BLT THERES NOT ANY EXTRA BACON LIKE THERE's SUPPOSED TO BE. It was $12.59 before tax so I paid for the PRO BUT ONLY GOT THE REGULAR ONE. 11/18/2021

I tried to get several sandwiches at Walmart on Overland in Meridian Idaho. The man was putting cheese on loaves of bread. He said I will be with you in a moment. Several mi9nutes passed and then I thought he would wait on me. He then proceeded to place the pans of bread into the oven at which point I left. Terrible service. One other employee was standing around and did nothing. There were no other costumers in line.

Next, I ordered, or wanted to order, a salad for my Diabetic partner until I seen the quality of their vegetables. The lettuce was shredded like Cole Slaw and the brown everywhere. Next, the spinach was wet, sticking together and slimy. Something you would place in a trough for a pig. The tomatoes were mealy. I was so taken aback that the employees would serve that quality of food to well paying customer. I told them, I own a gourmet dining room I can not accept that food. They didn't care. I just needed to let you know I will never be giving subway business if this kind of disgusting behavior isn't immediately put to an end.
