Spirit Halloween review: Service - Rude Cashier at Pearl Rd, Brunswick Ohio Location

I was at the Spirit of Halloween store on Pearl Road, in Brunswick Ohio on Sunday, 10/8/2023.

My husband was paying with a credit card. The young man began to go in a long thing about some donation. We declined. He questioned us and I said that I give directly to charities. My husband replied that we don't believe the money really goes to the people in need, most of it goes for administrative salaries. Anyway, then the clerk asked if we wanted to round up. We said NO. Then he went to say that we must be "Metro". I asked what that even means and he said you know like the Free service at Metro Hospital.

First, he should NOT have questioned us the first time we declined.

Second, I really am annoyed by this Round up business... are you will to Round down?

Third - I don't appreciate being called a name and put down by a clerk.
