I ordered these accessories on 10/01/25 for my costume to attend an event called "Witches Brew" scheduled on 10/02/25. These items were offered "same day delivery" if ordered before noon, which I did. The $15.00 delivery charge was not mentioned, but was added to the invoice including shipping tax $.80 cents. There was a promo code "Free40" I used for free shipping on orders over $40. The items ordered came to $56.96, the invoice total was $75.81 including sales tax of $3.05. When I didn't receive the order by the evening of 10/01 I looked up my order to track it. The order would not come up by using the order number. It did come up using the tracking number but it said " order in progress" and shipping information would be given when the items shipped. The exact information was given the next day 10/02 and still I had not received the package. I called customer service to report my issues, and after being on hold for a good 10 minutes, she came back on the line to tell me she couldn't issue me a full refund but could give me a $10.00 credit for my inconvenience. I told her that was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund, including the $15.00 delivery charge. She said she couldn't do that but to wait until I got the order to request the refund, but I wouldn't get the delivery charge refunded. Instead of arguing with her because she didn't speak English very well, I decided to wait for the package as she suggested, because I had no other option at this point. I finally received the package on Friday afternoon 10/3 after the event that I ordered these items for. Not only late, but one item was not in the order. The choker necklace wasn't in the box with the other items. I went on line again to request a return for a refund. The same thing as the other times when I tried to check on this order. "No order # found" and "Order in progress". How frustrating! I should call again, but I know the same situation will occur since the order number can't be found. I'm sure she will tell me it was delivered but it will be the same song and dance. So, I am going to take this package back to the local store here in Kansas City, Mo to request a full refund.
