This is a follow up complaint to order # 608473623 for $75.81. Since I didn't get anywhere calling customer service, I went to to the Spirit Halloween store to return the items that arrived too late. I explained my situation with not getting expedited shipping for the Witches Brew event that cost me an additional $15.00. Also, that I did not get the choker necklace with my order that cost $14.41. The sales lady at the counter said she remembered packing my order and thought she put the necklace in the box with the rest of the order. I assured her that it wasn't there, because I turned the box upside down and looked under the cardboard flaps. She credited my bank card for $61.76 that did not include a refund for the choker or the delivery fee. So I am still short $29.41 on my refund. She told me to call customer service again to ask them for a refund. In looking at the reviews for refunds, I probably have a 50/50 chance of getting the rest of my money back. I'll give it a shot without high expectations.

This complaint has not been resolved. Spirit Halloween asked me to respond my complaint privately to guest services on 10/15, which I did. I reiterated my complaint that I am still due the express shipping charge of $15.00 (2 days late) plus shipping tax of .80 cents (that I forgot to add in)) and for the witch choker I paid $9.99 for but didn't get with my order. I am still expecting a refund of $25.79 that I am due because of their mistake. I didn't respond again to the complaint's board because I was waiting for Guest Services to respond. It is obvious that they are not going to reply to my request so what do I do now? I am not going to let this go because this incident is poor customer relations and if Spirit Halloween wants to be in good standing with their customers and the public they should comply with my complaint. They are in the wrong, I am right with my complaint and for requesting a refund.
