This is a follow up complaint to order # 608473623 for $75.81. Since I didn't get anywhere calling customer service, I went to to the Spirit Halloween store to return the items that arrived too late. I explained my situation with not getting expedited shipping for the Witches Brew event that cost me an additional $15.00. Also, that I did not get the choker necklace with my order that cost $14.41. The sales lady at the counter said she remembered packing my order and thought she put the necklace in the box with the rest of the order. I assured her that it wasn't there, because I turned the box upside down and looked under the cardboard flaps. She credited my bank card for $61.76 that did not include a refund for the choker or the delivery fee. So I am still short $29.41 on my refund. She told me to call customer service again to ask them for a refund. In looking at the reviews for refunds, I probably have a 50/50 chance of getting the rest of my money back. I'll give it a shot without high expectations.

Desired outcome: $29.41 credited back to my bank card.
